I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.

The circle of life. Ahhhh da Penga Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba!! I digress. The store has that old school feel of character and history, but the lighting has changed with the times. I guess adaptation is how you stay in business for 40 years. They have everything from ceiling fans to sconces to pendants. Don't hesitate to talk to the staff. They are more than happy to show you catalogues with enough choices to make your head spin. The problem with that, is you narrow it down to three you REALLY like and pick ONE. When that happens you always think "Was the grass greener?" Let me answer that...it wasn't. Be happy with the light choice you made.

I found them on the internet as a distributor of Juno LED fixtures. I even called ahead to make sure I did not need an appointment (like Ferguson's). They told me to come on in. I even asked if they had the Juno LED line on display. I was told "yes," come on in. I arrived and was greeted promptly. When I relayed what I was looking for, I was led back to a small display with a few small, single bulb fixtures. Not at all what I was looking for! I then asked where the rest of the Juno fixtures were? Her response: "We can order them for you." Um, NO, I want to examine the product before I buy.

I asked my neighbors if they knew of a quality electrician, and they recommended Queen Electric. Communication was easy, and the appointment for an estimate was set up for the next day I was available. The electrician came out and was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes. After an hour, the lights in the basement were on again, and no drywall had to be taken down. The cost was a fraction of what we were quoted by our original contractor. Ease of communication, knowledge, and fair pricing are what I experienced when working with Queen Electric.

I submitted an electrical ticket because the fuse kept blowing in my kitchen on the side where my stove and microwave are. A young man came out to access, and was very kind and thorough in his quick assessment that the issue is the microwave itself. He simply unplugged it and plugged my vacuum into the outlet to test that it wouldnt cut off. He took his time writing the notes and informed me that the ticket would be transferred to appliances so that i wouldnt have to pay a second fee for him just basically unplugging my microwave. I called AHS this morning to confirm the transfer appt. They also read the notes that stated transfer, but when they reached out to Queen Electric to confirm, a scammer named Tony advised that they closed the ticket and id need a new work order. Completely going against what the employee advised and what AHS had documented. Luckily since AHS did see that it clearly said transfer, they submitted a refund so that I could use it toward the appliance ticket since Queen Electric closed it out. This company clearly has good workers, but the admin side is TRASH. And whoever Tony is, is a piece of garbage too.
