This business is only open for a few hours a day. If you're in pain, you have to wait until it's convenient for them. They book all their patients into those few hours, then go through the appointments at a quick pace. This business model is like an assembly line clinic. They have you book regular appointments, whether you need them or not. I had multiple visits at Focus after a back injury that was causing chronic pain. Dr. Zolt would not discuss a plan for my back, and he did not adjust it to give me pain relief. He left me to decide when to give up on Focus and seek treatment elsewhere. I found a different Chiropractor who started doing the right treatment for me. I began to have pain relief with my first appointment with someone else. I was shown a neck x-ray which Focus said was mine. The x-ray showed a serious misalignment. They suggested a six week treatment plan to fix it. My new Chiropractor looked at my x-ray and told me there was nothing wrong with my neck. I don't know if this was a mistake or a scam. read more

I found myself at the chiropractor after being in an automobile accident. I have had experience with chiropractors around the world. I am happy to write this review after the outstanding treatment I have received. The physical premises, onboarding process, support staff, and diagnostics are exemplary. Communication regarding appointments, and scheduling is the most effective I have ever experienced. Wait times are minimal and the processing of patients at this busy practice is finely tuned and efficient. The professionals here are clearly concerned about your general well-being, as evidenced by the green juices, supplements, and specialty products available, as well as educational videos. The latter serves to motivate one to take responsibility for one's health and achieve the best outcomes. The procedures in place regarding the pandemic were excellent. The check-in process is modern, quick and seamless. Dr. Zsolt is a compassionate and technically skilled practitioner and his upbeat, positive demeanour is reassuring, particularly when an injury can make you feel less hopeful. He is knowledgeable in the mind-body connection and for me, that adds an extra dimension to my treatment. I found myself destabilized after the accident and Dr. Zsolt has been patient and understanding. He made modifications to my protocol when I was experiencing setbacks in my recovery. I feel listened to and cared for. I now feel part of the family when I attend my appointments and am immensely grateful to have found Dr. Zsolt. I am a mature and experienced woman who has travelled widely, and lived and worked abroad. I am not easily impressed but impressed I am. They were closed that day but it was the first number we called, and Dr. Szolt did not hesitate to tell my dad to bring me in. I can only warn people with serious back / spine problems to go to this chiropractor. In my case, after several months of frequent visits, my right hand became stiff and I got problems with my right leg, i.e. walking and climbing stairs. Dr. Zsolt ignored or did not take these problems seriously and wanted to send me to a massage therapist. Dr. Zsolt is vehemently against traditional medicine - which can be a crucial mistake. Since my paralysis did not improve but got worse, I saw a couple of months later a neurologist and it turned out that I had spinal stenosis. My spinal cord got pinched over a longer time, thus damaging it, which led to paralysis on the right side and lack of feeling on the left side of my body. A timely surgery could have prevented this but in my case, it was too late and I am permanently disabled now. A chiropractic doctor who is supposedly an expert regarding problems with the spine and nerves should have recognized that there is a serious issue and that this is beyond his abilities. A decent doctor would have sent me immediately to a neurologist. Dr. Zsolt's treatment with abrupt and forceful adjustments of the neck did not only not help but made me worse and might even have caused the damage to the spinal cord. Dr. Zsolt seems nice and a decent person but there have also been repeated underlying or obvious threats (like "if you don't come back [for treatment], you will be miserable and your condition will get worse'). As a doctor, he is in my experience irresponsible and incompetent. I believe this clinic is more about making money and making the doctor feel good, than genuinely and seriously helping the patients. read more

Just wanted those who have chronic issues with pain and think they are at a dead end with who to go to, don't lose hope as you owe it to yourself to go see Dr Zolt and his great team. You cant put a price on your health and quality of life. I have refered many patients to this clinic especially with myofacial and TMJ issues and they have never come back with regrets. It is too bad that many other health care providers don't multi discipline their care as the only people who lose out is the patients. read more
