She is so sweet and kind and does a great job cutting my hair. She listens to what I like and things that drive me crazy about it and somehow always makes me love it and not just when I leave but the entire 4 weeks until I see her again. If you need a hair stylist call them and book with Sam. Now hair isn't all they do here and I have yet to try out all of their services, BUT I do see Sammie for my face every 4 weeks as well. I decided to surprise my wife with a full spa treatment from hair and nails to a sensory…read moredeprivation tank experience! This requires multiple businesses however the last was a $200 hair smoothing, so I called and set up the appointment as well as paid for it a week in advance. I was told about the treatment that my wife has been wanting done for years, I don't know the name of the employee from the business I spoke to when I set up the appointment however, she told me the do offer the hair smoothing keratin treatment for $200 and it will last for 8 months! What it is, is a 2-4 hour treatment and when everything is done my wife would not have to use a hair iron again for 8 months because the chemicals they put in her hair and scalp, keeps the hair straight and if it got messed up a little like out of the shower for example, all she would have to do is run a brush through it and it would fall back into place as if she just used a hair iron. So the day of the appointment after the treatment she was told by the woman that did it the total was $235 and it was going to last her for FOUR MONTHS!! Not the 8 I was told, after telling me this I was a little upset because I thought 8 months for $200 is fair, instead they lied to me and the price was the same but the time it lasted was cut in half! I called them and the receptionist had the manager call me. When she did my wife was beside me so she can confirm I was not yelling, cussing or angry with this manager at all. All I expected was either a half off coupon for next time or for 50% of my money back, I thought that was fair since I was lied to and the treatment would only last her for half the time that I was told! She was extremely rude to me and said none of HER employees would have ever said anything like that because that's not true and proceeded to call me a liar and said "I don't know where you read that at on the internet but that's not the way this works!" So I asked again for a coupon or half off and was hung up on! They will not answer now Like I explained to the manager before she hung up on me and will not answer to me again, I told her it was one of her employees that was mistaken in telling me this because I would have never paid $200 for just 4 months! 8 months would've been worth the price, I was also told it was a 4 hour treatment and my wife said that they rushed her through! When I asked her if I could get half of my money back on my card or a substantial coupon for her next treatment She hung up and won't answer ZERO STARS I will update on here if I can ever get ahold of the manager again and maybe rectify the situation. I was supposed to get a wash, cut, blow dry - NOT! So I thought I'd give the place a second chance and go to another stylist who was recommended to me. She was good but in further attempts to make appts, no one returns the phone messages you leave. Twice that has happened. No one calls you back. It's been weeks and no one has returned my call and when I call there I get an answering machine. Customer service,obviously, is of no concern to them. I gave up and went elsewhere.
