Called State Farm and Tom's team told me what to do and in fact talked me sensibly to take my car to a local business to see if they could do some minimal magic as they had a reputation for doing. If that didn't satisfy me/my car situation, a report would be filed and arbragation process would ensue with any repairs done promptly. Turned out to be just what Dr. Tom had ordered as the scratch that was a mile long was wiped away completely and at NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now tell me what other Insurance Agency would help a client to this extent? Love the other guys' commercials, but I have an insurance friend for life.
