The gates are guarded pretty heavily but there seemed to be a bunch of tourists taking photos of the motionless guards. Inside there is actually some fantastic pieces of art and the decor is tastefully done. Overall, this is a great place to visit and the gallery is worthy of some of your time.

The store is beautifully designed with a great engraving station, bright displays, and a fantastic selection of charms we especially loved the Prague Czech city charms. A few of us from our group bought souvenirs to remember the trip (including a cool lion charm). The sales ladies were incredibly patient, answered all our questions, and went out of their way to help us find the perfect pieces. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Prague wonderful service and beautiful jewelry.

When it came to our turn two young men said something in Czech to the employee and she took them instead. We said we were first and she told us the other employee would be with us when she's finished. Then that employee did absolutely nothing to help us, no customer service. Luckily, I buy a charm from every country I go to so I knew what I wanted and I told her. She rang us up and handing me my charm. I asked for a bag and she replied to me "oh you want a bag for that?" to which I replied "yes". She then put a bag on the counter in front of me and said "okay bye" not making eye contact once. So I put my charm in my own bag and tied the knot that I saw ever other employee do for every other customer in Prague and every other country I've bought a charm. If I didn't collect these charms I would have happily had her return the item. I am very disappointed. There are two other Pandora stores in Prague and all I can hope is that the customer service in those are not as terrible.

I picked up a nice hard bound copy of the book covering the 1926 Prague Sokol Festival complete with photographs and the lovely falcon on the back. I also found a tiny book about Chopin and a 1968 Franz Kafka novel. The prices were so reasonable. I'm so pleased with my finds. I could see myself going to every Antikvariat location in Prague!

She spoke to me in English (which is a good thing because my Czech is pretty much non-existent), she was SO NICE - and that was a rarity for this US citizen in Prague. The 5th star is for her! It seemed like they had a selection comparable to most smaller stores of this type in the USA, and they had a few unique items that I hadn't seen before.
