Ashley has been doing my lashes every 3 weeks for 8 years. She is a true artist and a professional…read morewho really listens and delivers on the look that you want. I prefer more natural looking volume lashes. Thanks to Ashley's work, I get lots of compliments of my "natural" looking lashes - to the point that most people don't even know that they are enhanced. I don't even need to wear eye makeup! I look fresh and fabulous right when I wake up! It's also important to note that after all of these years, my lashes are still healthy and growing. I've been to several lash artists - and many of them are poor quality, damage your lashes and/or make you look like a drag queen (in a bad way.) During the pandemic, Ashley was also diligent about hygiene and keeping clients safe. She's also just an all around good, kind human being. You can't go wrong with choosing Ashley as your lash artist. The only downside is that you'll get addicted to how great you look and won't be able to stop your lash habit :)

So my wedding is coming up in a few months.. Luckily, I met Marisa and while chatting, she asked me…read moreabout my wedding jewelry. AND IM SO GLAD SHE ASKED! I hadn't thought much about it at the time - I am not typically much of a jewelry person. I love jewelry - but don't own a lot of it.. Let alone know what would look best with my unique wedding dress. After showing Marisa my dress, she immediately had ideas of what my necklace could look like. And I loved her ideas right off the bat. She offered to make my necklace and I was happy to say yes! In only a few weeks, Marisa had made a beautiful 3 layered necklace that is absolutely PERFECT for my style and my dress. It's great quality and seriously just beautiful. I had given her a few photos of jewelry I liked for her to go off of, but really it was all her creativity. She stayed well within my budget which is also so helpful for a bride who is paying for a lot of wedding stuff! Fun fact: When I had my first dress fitting I brought the necklace to try on with my dress.. The girls in the shop went bananas for it! So to sum it all up.. I'm thrilled with my jewelry and would highly recommend her / Aille Beauty to anyone!

Ladies. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BAIT AND SWITCH. I should have read the reviews before I went here…read more Basically they offer a special promotion on Instagram for $199 for Eyebrows. I also did eyeliner for the same price. My eyeliner turned out crooked and my eyebrows look worse than they did before I came. When I texted for a touchup, she told me it's gonna be $150 each for the eyeliner and for the eyebrows. How is it a special if they charge to fix it????? Unreal. In any case I will be filing a small claims just for the principle since I now have to go and redo both. If anyone else would like to join I am happy to add them to the suit. I'm also looking into whether they are licensed or all the technicians are working under one persons license.

I purchased a Groupon for an eyebrow microblading session with Ladan. She has terrific reviews on…read moreGroupon and Yelp, so I thought I'd hit the jackpot when I found Lavish Shadow. Unfortunately, my results did not meet my expectations. I received my first session in March and returned for my touch-up in April. It's now been five weeks since my touch-up, and my eyebrows look worse than before I had them done (see pictures). Because I paid $188 for my initial microblading session, $200 for the touch-up, and $175 in gratuity, I was excessively precautious when caring for my eyebrows in the 7-14 day period after each session. I refrained from taking hot showers, working out, wore hats whenever I was in the sun, and ensured that NO water, fabric, or hands touched my eyebrows. I genuinely believe that I took the post-care instructions more seriously than most, and yet my microblading is fragmented and faded. To be completely honest, I felt that Ladan did a rushed job and didn't put as much time or care into my eyebrows, perhaps because I used a Groupon. I also never signed a waiver, and she hardly spoke to me the entire time. She showcases many before and after pictures on her social media sites but never took a before or after picture for my eyebrows. It felt as though she knew she wasn't going to do her best work with my brows and thus didn't bother to take a before picture. I'd recommend either paying full-price for Ladan's services or going to a technician recommended by someone whose brows you admire. Because Groupon takes a percentage of all vendor sales, it could deter technicians from putting their best work forward because they aren't getting paid as much for their services.
