Highly recommendable! A+++…read more I've used this service for the 3rd time now and it's been a very pleasant experience every time! Last time the driver got delayed 10 minutes, but thankfully it didn't risk my departure at the airport in Munich as I still had enough time! (Though I prefer estimating rather 3 hrs being there prior than 2 hrs, but that might be personal preference!) The drivers were all very friendly and kindly conversational! Disclaimer: I am a German national and spoke German with the drivers! ;) I don't know how the English conversations might be and if there might be any misunderstandings happening!? Also, just to add: It would have been nice to know, that I will have to switch over to another bus instead of driving straight through to the airport! It took me by surprise the first time around! (Not a big deal, once you know! ;) ) Last thing: The information on how to find the new counter after my arrival was slightly incorrect due to me coming from the *other* terminal! So where I was told to make a left, I really needed to make a right after passing the 'S-Bahn', past the rental cars. One has to make a right into this passage and at the very end is the counter! (After a long tiresome flight, it took me a while to find it!) Overall this is a wonderful service for me when I come for a visit and don't plan on renting a car myself and have no other (convenient!) options for transportation!
