I received a responds from the manager after I left my first review regarding how rude their customer service is and this just says it all: "If and when your query is not answerd on time, we presume that you exercise patience as we only also have other things to do other than answering emails and chatting with pax. We cancelled your booking as we would not be able to serve your query better, and that you already have put that into words online. Please check your new flights elsewhere." How can you expect more from a customer service if not even the manager is capable of doing a better job.

Elumbus saved me 500 Euro on my round-trip plane tickets! :)…read more After submitting my credit card info and order for the tickets, I immediately received the email that requested me to send a copy of my ID and the written and signed statement, including the following sentence: " I hereby authorize the debit of 469.64 (amount of ticket(s)/reservation) for booking XXXXXX (booking number) from my credit card" After I sent the copy of my ID (driver's license) and my written and signed statement, things went into action fast. I also requested a vegetarian/vegan meal for the flights. I received my ticket information and a confirmation of the meal preference update for all flights. I signed into the American Airlines website to confirm everything for myself and chose my seating preferences. Everything is in order and I'm ready for my flights. I really appreciate the ease of calling and speaking with someone over the phone, as well. It took less than a minute to speak with someone both times that I called and the hold music was entertaining. The customer service is really top notch. The replies to my emails arrived quickly. All questions and concerns were addressed and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service I've received. I will be using Elumbus for all future travel reservations.
