I tried for a month and I couldn't do with my busy schedule so I gave my 15 days notice. Then they told me that actually it's 30 days notice. And on top of that they keep pestering why you want to cancel. I told the coach that it's not feasible according to my schedule and I have to hear lectures on why it's important for my health to continue. I told them that at this time I tried and it's not working out for my schedule, they said ok. But I still have classes to take to finish off my month. In the next class in front of everyone the coach start humiliating me by saying if this person can come in, you should come in and comparing me to everyone. I finish my session and send an email that it was my last class and please cancel this membership. The coach send me email saying that they are pausing my membership for a couple of month so I can rejoin in June. I am so frustrated about this so I went on their Instagram page and ask in a comment about why it is so difficult to cancel membership. They deleted my comment. I send another email telling them please cancel my membership. I am waiting for reply. Beware before signing up that they humiliate you infront of everyone and put you in awkward conversations and will take no for an answer if you want to cancel your membership. If you are OK with that then go ahead sign up. The program is ok, but you just can't try to see if it works for you. ​

The issue is the…read more4:30-5:00 AM crowd that comes in and either stands around on equipment while on their phone, or 2 slam the weights down so incredibly hard I can hear it while I'm running on the treadmill across the gym. They really need to do something about these wanna be body builder guys that will do bent over rows right in front of the rack, and when you politely say "excuse me" so you can get your weights, they say "ill move when I'm done." To make it worse, you can not cancel this contract. I have complained about the women in here that also take 4 different sets of weights to work out with, but when another member did that one time, I saw this lady go up to him and say "there are no weights to use, put them back," when he was only using 2 sets of weights. I get that it is unstaffed at this time in the AM, but they need to review their security footage especially about guys who drop 100LB dumbbells from shoulder height on the floor and could hurt someone. I am trying to find a woman's only gym in the area to not have to deal with these guys and this lady that acts like it her own personal gym in the morning.

All of the instructors are top notch, encouraging, willing to go out of their way to help, and their attitudes are always above the clouds!! With both spinning and strength training available, I'd recommend The Vicious Cycle for anybody who is starting out, getting back into it, or maintaining their fitness. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the clients develop personal relationships with other customers as well as trainers (it's like one big fitness home). They are determined to see you succeed and will do anything to help you meet your goals. Having a personal trainer keeps me motivated and is the reason I make it to the gym. If I didn't have a scheduled appointment, I don't know if I would have the drive to make it there. In addition to appointments, they also have a cardio room which you can use whenever and bootcamp classes that help you stay on track. A couple of meals were posted on the app but it was not tailored to my needs and food allergies, just cut and paste generic recipes. Worthless. The gym is dirty, grips are sticky which implies that they are not wiped down ( I used machines right after another person and no wiping was done). My workouts were not structured with respect to goals and when I questioned James he said he would have to get to know me better and he needed a year? As I questioned many things, I was met with answers that were not direct and a barrage of statements that "I'm the best, I have degrees, you should trust me?" My confidence waned after several weeks of trying to stick with working out and quite frankly not knowing if it was appropriate for me or I was moving from machine to machine just to fill the half hour which cost $50. In addition to the facility smelling like mold, floors dirty, machine grips sticky, the bathroom was nasty too. Clean and spacious environments.. its a log cabin and the air quality is not the best. On the website it states Monday thru Saturday. Not so. He doesn't work on weekends. And train "like a movie star".. well, I don't even understand why that is on the website as a leader statement. Do u think it is appropriate to be training someone for $50. A HALF hour and be on the phone with a Company because your website is not working? Or leave to tell a person working in your yard where to dig holes? Professionalism...lacking. Think twice before you join this gym.. the photos on the website are misleading, it doesn't look like that and the trainer espouses how great he is but I witnessed nothing that gave me confidence with respect to a customized structured workout plan just for me. Does anyone ask for a year to "get to know you" if they are an expert in the field. I have worked out all my life and have been to many gyms. I do not claim to know all things but I am not a novice with respect to working out. I was expecting a personalized training program and goals with a personal trainer and so disappointed because of the great buildup of all the testimonials online and the complete absence of "personal" with respect to training. I had five more sessions that I paid for.. $600. for 12 1/2 hr sessions. He refused to give me a partial refund and he took money he didn't earn. By the way, are those photos on the website of actual people that have been there or stock photos? Clean and spacious place to work out? Customized workout plan? Sports nutritioni? Train like a movie star? Med Core. Beware.
