There is even information to tell you how to look after the flower and I'm sure the staff will be more than willing to help. I know a decent bunch of flowers can be expensive but I think the prices are reasonable here. If I got flowers on regular occasions I'd take advantage of their loyalty card; every time £7.50 is spent you get a stamp, once 25 stamps have been collected then you get a free £10 gift voucher. It's not as cheap as picking up a bunch in Tescos, but then this has 'design' in the title, which, well, basically means someone has thought about it. And the thought pays off: they really know their stuff here. The girl that was serving me (sadly I can't remember her name, but she had blonde hair!) was really lovely, very helpful and clearly proud of her work and her wares. They also have a great selection of vases and other decorative items - again, looking a bit more interesting than your factory-produced ornamental bits and bobs. Sometimes I like going in here not to buy anything but just hang around and enjoy the sights, smells and general colourfulness of this shop. It's a beautiful, bright breath of fresh air.

This is the one place where I buy flowers from when it comes to celebrating family birthdays, Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc. Every time I have visited Posies Florist, it is obvious that the shop owners know their flowers inside out and are familiar with all the flowers they offer which is great to know. I have found some flowers to be on the expensive side and have kept away from buying them. However the majority of flowers are at reasonable prices in my view and are definitely worth the money. Because I buy my flowers from Posies, I am already familiar with the staff working at the Florist. And I have to say the staff are first-class when it comes service and personal care. They really do take pride in what they do and it comes across in abundance.
