You are often made to feel you interrupting their day, if you can get anyone to come to the from the back to serve. In the last 4 years I spent £400 in this shop. Not once have I ever enjoyed doing so. I find the attitude demeaning and pompous. Of late the flowers last barely three days and little effort is made with even a simple bouquet. If you don't spend as much as they think you should they look down their noses at you and a simple courtesy that had so far been extended for four years, I was told this time was simply too much "because of what you're asking us to do". I've had enough of this "I won Chelsea 4 years ago" mentality and I will never go there again. You're a florist love, a shopkeeper that sells cut flowers, not the Duchess of Warwick Street.

She is extremely creative, and will arrange anything modern or traditional for a fixed price. She arranged my wedding flowers and seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what suited my style of wedding without me asking. Can park right outside for free. I chose Fay because she was one of the few florists who was happy for us to repurpose flowers throughout the day (taking them from the aisle to table decorations during the reception) rather than having to order more flowers. Fay was always patient with my numerous questions and the results were just incredible. I absolutely loved the flowers on our wedding day and Fay took my vision and made it even better, they really were breathtaking. I would highly recommend Fay!
