Our $35 order netted us 5 carnations, 3 big tulips and a multicolored something. We called to let them know it wasn't satisfactory and we were meet with a very defensive and confrontational attitude. Didn't even once try to apologise, tried attacking our local florists and justify that we should be okay paying more because they don't buy large quantities. I told them again that I wasn't calling to argue and was literally interrupted by them starting to escalate and argue harder. I hung up and will tell everyone I know to leave them as, at most, the backup to their backup to the backup to the backup. Preferably take your money elsewhere. Would've given them one star except the flowers we did get were fresh at least.

The gal who made our coffee was so friendly and chatty and when she found out we were browsing (not too seriously yet) for houses in the area she gave us her home address and told us to check it out! It was gorgeous, by the way. We almost cried when we saw it because we knew it wasn't in our price range - it was so perfect! Anyway, so the conversation was great, and the coffee was delicious too! They have a huge menu of options for drink flavors. We left with delicious drinks and in a great mood because of such a positive experience. Can't wait to go back when we are in the area!

What I received was a bouquet skimpy on flowers but generous on fill-in greenery. Of the flowers it did have it consisted of mostly carnations. It also included 2 blooms that appeared to be parrot or ruffled tulips - took a while to figure out what they were supposed to be. These were past peak and almost spent. Instead of being cup-shaped, one was almost open and one was so open, it was flat - like a daisy is flat. I can't imagine why a business would sell something that should have been in the trash. I've already told my friend not to waste any more of his money at this business. When my coworkers saw it, they told me of their experiences: Orders for certain flowers and colors in a very expensive funeral bouquet being disregarded or just flat out telling the customer that they would not get what they wanted but would get whatever the florist had. Last fall our office ordered balloons for a special occasion and the employee treated me like it was a bother.
