I ordered a balloon bouquet from From You Flowers on July 9 to be delivered on July 10. The order went to Flowers Galore in Middleboro, MA. It was supposed to have 3 mylar Happy Birthday balloons and 5 regular latex balloons in assorted colors. What was delivered were 2 mylar white Happy Birthday balloons exactly alike, a yellow happy face mylar balloon, 2 solid gold mylar balloons and 1 pink latex balloon. It is not attractive and looks like someone just put together what ever they had left over. I am very disappointed. read more

I called the shop directly to order a bouquet for my friends birthday to be delivered to her work- I explained on the phone my time frame (within the next few hours was what I needed) and my price range and she described what she could send and it was delivered within the hour to my friend. Ordered from "from you flowers". Order went to flowers galore. Delivered fully opened roses, w hardly anything else in the vase - when I ordered a PREMIUM arrangement . (Size options are regular, deluxe and then premium) The arrangement is the ugliest saddest arrangement I've ever seen. I'm so embarrassed that my mom got these for her bday. I could have paid an Uber driver $70 to get way more and prettier flowers at the grocery store and drop them off. Called from you flowers, who blamed it on the shop. Called the shop who says they followed a recipe card. Called from you flowers back and they said they don't send recipe cards. Who's lying? Who knows, but AVOID! WOW...(Robyn D) and I share the EXACT SAME SENTIMENTS and the very same experience. I too ordered through "From You Flowers" and ordered the premium package as well as the very same floral arrangement for my mom's birthday (how crazy is that?). Two and a half years later they continue to put together the same UGLY and SAD looking arrangements. It was pitiful and embarrassing to say the least. My mother also received other floral arrangements that put mine to shame, hands down. 'From you flowers' must keep a bigger percentage of what they charge the customer, then pay the florist who puts together the arrangement less money and tells them it's the "regular" package ordered (when in fact it's the PREMIUM package). You being the purchaser, and the recipient receives the shitty, despicable end of the deal. It goes without saying.... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE TWO BUSINESSES AGAIN!! I hope others out there read these reviews and stays away from 'from you flowers' and 'flowers galore'. I will go to Shaw's, Stop & Shop, Whole Foods, in fact, ANYWHERE ELSE will be better (even a field) to get flowers for a loved one. Yah, 'from you flowers' and Flowers Galore, your arrangements are absolutely HIDEOUS and shameful that you think it's okay to charge an arm and a leg and let's not forget the ASTRONOMICAL shipping fees and think it's okay. I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered on 12/28. The wrong flowers were delivered and it was missing the balloon. I was assured it would be re-delivered correctly on the following day. Not only did they not deliver it, but there was no indication that they did not and I had to repeatedly call the company with whom I placed the order. It was embarrassing and bad business. They should have been at her door the next morning with the correct flowers and an apology. Instead, they blew it off. I like to support family owned businesses, but this will not be one of them and I suggest that no one else utilize them either. And if you use an outside service like I did, be sure to request that this company NOT fulfill your order since that seems out of their realm. read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! On 2/11/14, I placed an order thru FTD for Valentine's Day deliver for my wife...As of 7:15pm, the flowers had yet to arrive so we left for dinner. When we got back around 9:30pm, I found a delivery notice tag on my car door indicating an attempted delivery sometime that night and for us to call the next day. Valentine's Day flowers are only special on Valentine's Day, not the day after (and their pricing indicates this as well!). I called Flowers Galore on 2/15 in the morning and indicated my displeasure and told them if they can't deliver ASAP, to cancel the order altogether. After a couple of hours, and not wanting to waste a Saturday waiting for these flowers, I called FTD directly to cancel this order. A short time later, there was a thunderous, incessant pounding at my front door. I opened the door and found a seething older man there ready to explode. I told him I had cancelled my order and told him I was upset that the Valentine's Day flowers weren't delivered on Valentines day. He began yelling like a lunatic at me saying I was rude when I called the office earlier that morning...He then proceeds to yelling out profanities at me as he enters his car, calling me an a**hole. I returned a couple of choice words and he peeled away. A short while later, I went to the ER with chest pains caused by this stress. This whole thing has made me ill. Before writing this review, I'd left 2 messages with a woman named Gail there to have the owner, Anthony, call me, but after almost 2 weeks, he hasn't cared to call me. I did notify FTD of my experience and they promised to follow up with the ownership there. I will never order from FTD again if they tell me Flowers Galore will be the delivering company. I have been getting flowers through this store for over twenty years! It is a Mom and Pop store (and may I remind you... these are becoming extinct) with a family run atmosphere. The quality of work and product is far superior to most around. Very few flower shops are still offering this service, since the supermarkets are now providing cheap imitations of "so called design work!" Stop in and see for yourself... Gifts, candles, and fresh flowers. A one stop shop. I phone all my business in through Flowers Galore. I trust them for all of my flower and holiday needs. (I.e. funeral, wedding, Christmas, Mother's Day,etc. I have used them for every occasion) PS/ previous and only review makes no sense. Grading someone on their craziest and busiest day of the year is no gauge on how they perform or do business. With the amount of volume on that day- it is an unfair assessment. Try again- on a day that isn't the nations busiest flower day! Duh! I am a small business owner. That is unfair. read more

I have ordered many types of flower bouquets here. I always go directly to the store rather than dealing with FTD. My flowers are always fresh, beautiful and ready on time when I pick them up. I give them a dollar amount I would like to spend and I'm always happy with what they produce. Wonderful locally owned business. read more

Terrible example of a Florist Shop... We ordered a particular arrangement of flowers (Sunflower Bouquet with a balloon) through From You Flowers that was supposed to be delivered by a very reputable Bridgewater Florist. Fromyouflowers gave the order to these people. What arrived (by an unpleasant driver) was a small arrangement that looks to be a leftover $4.98 bunch from a Walmart discount rack. There wasn't any sunflowers (or other flowers) that we had ordered in this container nor was the balloon with it. Several of the flowers had already started wilting when they arrived. I don't recommend ordering any flowers from this place unless wasting your money is your true intention. We are so surprised that a business would have the guts to deliver this poor quality of product that I feel it necessary to post this at every flower review site I can find so that others won't get riped off by either FROM YOU FLOWERS or FLOWERS GALORE in the future. read more

The arrangement delivered was not nearly as nice as pictured online. The flowers (lily) were not bloomed and the arrangement did not look professionally done. Also the medium size was very small. Will never use this florist again. read more
