She told me they didn't do florals for graves and suggested I go to the floral shop in Camden. I hate to play the race card, but that is the conclusion I came to. This was my first time in this shop and definitely the last. Suggestions: Please get a bell for your door, maybe the guy at the counter will hear someone when they come in, get some inventory, for a flower shop it was very bare, You seem to have a high turnover with your employees, now I know why you always have a hiring sign out front, definitely work on your customer service skills.

I paid a lot of money to use a local florist, and it did not work out. I guess if you can't get flowers out taking your phone off the hook is the way they operate.

My daughter showed this florist a physical picture of her dress and flower arrangement that she wanted and the day before her prom they gave us a bouquet full of unopened flowers and other flowers that look like weeds. The bouquet was not what we wanted. It wasn't even in the same color of what we asked for. Then we go back and ask for it to be redone and then they tell us that they have no more pink flowers and that they cannot do what we originally ordered so then they put together another bouquet that looks like a five-year-old did it. This is not ok and not good customer service. If they actually took the time to do their arrangement nicely, I would've forgave them, but the fact that they just threw together another arrangement that did not look nice at all is unacceptable.

I live in Los Angeles and am very picky about floral arrangements, colors and particular flowers. When my dad passed away unexpectedly, I wanted to make sure he had a stunning, masculine spray that was modern but classy. I was given a couple of the usual florists websites but they were just run of the mill. Then was given another florist who quoted me $900 "because of the birds of paradise in the example photo" (he was clearly trying to gauge me during my grief.) Peg's saw the example said don't worry we can do something like this. I didn't expect it to be anything like the picture I sent, but it was better and absolutely stunning with tons of Birds of Paradise and no where near $900. They got it there the next day and we were all blown away. I will only order flowers from Pegs in the future and suggest if you live in the area, you do the same. They are kind, they are talented and the prices are fair.
