Yahoo! Amber was incredibly patient and helpful and even happily wrote about 16+ names on the sympathy card. By now it was late afternoon and she even offered to deliver the flowers up to the person's home on her way home from work. If the complimentary comments written up under the 'accolades' section on her website are even remotely accurate, it sounds like this shop is special. Certainly Amber was incredibly nice and helpful. I found Dee's Flowers on the internet and liked their website. When placing my order I told the associate that I wanted pink stargazer lilies and wanted the entire bouquet pink since my friend loved pink. I specifically said no white and very few roses. The associate told me that $60.00 (plus $12.00 delivery charge) would get me a great arrangement. I thought this was a little high as I order flowers regularly, especially stargazer lilies as they are my favorite, and they are typically not as expensive, but I wanted a great arrangement so I agreed. My friend did receive her bouquet on time and was kind enough to send me a picture. Needless to say I was severely disappointed. The arrangement was lacking in flowers, had very few lilies, had white flower and roses. It was a $35.00 bouquet at best. I was so mad I chose not to call, but their website says to contact them on facebook, so I did. I never received a response. I would steer clear of this flower shop and spend your money elsewhere. I am sure there are much, much better florists in Pueblo!
