After attempting to hire Roofing Guys to repair our roof after the 2020 hurricanes, we were unable to receive a quote or a call back from them after our initial conversation, so we ended up having to hire someone else to repair our roof. I arrived home one day to my roof being tarped. I never received an invoice for this work. I later started receiving personal text messages from an individual with this company harassing me for not using them, criticizing the new company that we had hired, and stating that they wanted their money for the tarping job that they apparently did, but had never invoiced us for, called us back with a quote for, or had us sign an agreement for. An invoice was finally emailed to us 4 months later stating that we owed $3900 for a partially tarped roof of a 1400 square foot house.

They were extremely helpful and very patient in our picking out the right color shingle. The crew was very polite and hard working, they picked up after them selves and cleaned up work area daily, they did a superb job. On the site supervisor was outstanding to work with and communicated extremely well with us. We asked Lafayette Roofing to do a few extras and they were very fair with the price of the add ons. When finished the crew cleaned up very well and site supervisor went over everything with us to make sure we were satisfied before he left. A few days later they followed up and again went over everything to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the job completed and our warranty was given to us. And I have to say, Lafayette Roofing not only does outstanding work, they are probably the best communicators we have worked with.
