You are much better off letting your plumber of choice find leak & repair because American leak detection has FAILED miserably twice for us to provide decent service! It's almost laughable reading the report stating that it could be 1 of 4 lines possibly leaking. One of the lines tested doesn't even exist! When contacted about their poor service to inquire about a refund or even a partial refund..the owner was rude, talked over me, and basically said tough luck! That's not good business and we will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

They also installed a drainage system so that the runoff from the roof would not go into the pool, but into the storm sewer. This was in 2010 and everything has been great since (not counting the freeze that killed the palms). I recommend them. If someone complains about the price, they may not realize the quality of work Scapes does. For example, in our herb garden, they successfully weeded and mulched the garden, keeping the dozen herb plants in perfect condition. In other words, not mistaking tarragon for a weed. LOL.
