When we drove over to confirm the order a couple of days later, she then quoted $165. I asked her, "What changed?". She said, "I didn't look your address up." What? How did you quote $145? She just shrugged. I called a couple of days before delivery to confirm and THAT TIME, she quoted $135 delivery. Ok, thanks. THEN, on the day of delivery, she called and said the delivery charge would be $160. Just very shady. Get your quotes in writing.
