This "company" was paid £100 to make a wreath for my…read morebaby nephews funeral and not only was it half finished they were very rude and still delaying to pay back the 50% they said they would refund after they messed up. They never even apologised for their mistake but "told off" my sister for writing a bad review to warn other people about them on their Facebook page. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life and would not recommend them to anyone!

Being over in England for near 6 years I did my fair share of flower ordering; however, it was…read morenever as messed up as what I experienced from here. I ordered a burial wreath online for my nephew whom passed away (it was an angel), and what we got a picture of from his parents was devastating to my wife. For one it looked nothing like the picture on the website, it was missing the lily's and the top angle view made it look like a wedding bell with a halo. It looked very cheaply put together all in all. So my wife and her sister wrote reviews on the Facebook page and a couple days later they were removed and blocked from commenting further. We emailed them to express our grievance and they admitted to leaving the lily's off, claiming the driver left them there at the store when he picked up the wreath for delivery. They claimed the frame was standard and that's what all their angels look like when they send them out. They offered to give us 50% compensation for their mistake; which we accepted. I called over there and got Maurice (aka Mr. Attitude) who said "...mistakes happen....your wife's comment was unnecessary and rude." Then Mr. Attitude took down all my details (Monday morning) to process the refund and low and behold I have to email again to ask the status. No reply, so I call and Mr. Attitude told me he processed it on Thursday evening (IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO PROCESS A REFUND!!) I really only think the reason it was processed then was because I asked about it. If you've read this far you can see they may give you a refund if they mess it up, but it'll take 4 days of nagging,plus the time it takes to process, 2 business days usually, to get it back and that's after you have to deal with Mr. Attitude. If you want decent flowers at a good price deal with Interflora (I never had a problem the 4+ years I used them). Stay away from this place the customer service seems friendly until you pick up the phone, then it's Mr. Attitude trying to start something for something they messed up in the first place.
