I recently needed to order flowers for a relative who was very ill and hospitalized in Blackpool. I live in California so was somewhat at a disadvantage in that I had to rely on the internet to find a florist. After much research, I settled on Ann Barnes Florist because the shop was voted as one of the top 3 in Blackpool and they received numerous good ratings online. I made the right choice. Ann checked with the hospital to ensure they would accept flowers before she charged me - I found this to be so kind - after all, she was not obliged to do so - could have attempted delivery and charged me whether they were accepted or not. This is definitely the type of service that is fast disappearing. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and I was told they were "the best on the ward" and cheered up patients and staff alike. I highly recommend Ann Barnes Florist for their excellent customer service and beautiful flower arrangements.
