She also promised that the planter would be delivered in time for the 5 PM viewing. Later that day I got a call from her. She want to add some cut flowers for color. The arrangement looks okay so far but I feel it's time to find another local florist that takes pride in their craft and cares what long term or new customers think of their establishment. (My wife said it's okay but I know she's disappointed). Shop around, the arranges aren't inexpensive but would be worth it if they were on par with their past work.
