For years I drove by this place. By the sign I thought it was a florist and a separate bakery next door. One day I was in a hurry to grab a floral arrangement so I went in and boy was I surprised! This place is so much more than just a florist! They have tons of gifts....From Plants, to candles, to homemade candy and cakes , to angels, to jewelry , wedding and baby items,stuffed animals, glass dolls, wind chimes, ceramic figures,etc. People always complain about how the small town of Gautier doesn't have anything but just stop by here and you will see just how much just this one place has to offer! read more

Went to pick up a doordash. The lady was on the phone but asked if she could help me. I explained I was there for a doordash. When I walked up there was a receipt stuck in flowers, I asked if that was the receipt as I needed a picture of it for the door dash pick up, she became aggressive and said that was hers and no way. I explained it was required to as part of the pickup. She said take a picture of flowers i showed her the app required the receipt picture. She was so rude and so hostile. What is she hiding on the receipt she was so worried about? My guess is she is charging the customer a ridiculous amount and paying door dash very little to deliver her flowers. I was very nice and tried to explain the picture doesnt go in my phone, it goes to doordash. As I was walking out she was cussing and carrying on. I let the customer and door dash know. More than meets the eye it's a huge space on the inside. Flowers, knickknacks, statues, etc. The ladies who run it are extremely friendly did I mention a giant space. Pricing is good on all items you can place orders weeks in advance for flowers. read more

I ordered flowers from Flower Patch in Gautier on Friday 2/11/22 for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend to be delivered on Monday. I ordered a dozen roses and a box of chocolates. I forgot to get a price before I hung up. I was Surprised it $142 when I saw my credit card bill, but I was fine it as long as flowers were on time and nice. Flowers were delivered on time, but were all brown on the outside leaves and the water was even dirty and cloudy in the vase. They even spelled my girlfriend's name wrong and the chocolate tasted old to top it off. I called and complain, and they tell me to bring the flowers in because they act in disbelief. I bring the flowers in, and they apologize. We agreed they would redeliver flowers Tuesday. On Tuesday a guy delivers the flowers rudely, and they were still OLD and BROWN on the outer leaves. Had they made it right, I would not have left this review. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to pay for overpriced dying flowers. Here are some pictures. I used them to order Mother's Day flowers for my daughter with and online vendor from them and used a coupon that I had received from using an online vendor to order flowers out of state. I contacted the owner because the flowers that were delivered were drooping when they arrived. She asked me to bring them to the shop to fix them and asked me why did I order online. That should not have mattered. Now, I had a death in my family and my employer sent flowers through an online vendor to me using this store because it's the one closest to my home and they were never delivered to me!!! Received Mothers' Day flowers yesterday from daughter in California using Teleflora. NOT what she ordered and the arrangement was terribly "skimpy", considering that she spent $100. She was disappointed when I showed her a picture, and I was disappointed because she was. If you want good reviews, send quality products. read more

Husband brought me roses the other day and they were beautiful. This is the second time we have used this florist. We live in OS and it's worth the drive to Gautier to use the flower patch cause the product is amazing and customer service is top notch. The first time the middle school was having a little school formal dance and my child wanted to get his date a corsage. They were the only florist that had the materials to do one. SHAME on you OS florist. I would think having 3 florist in my town one of you could do one. THIS IS A TERRIBLE FLORIST !!! I WAS MORTIFIED to see a large dying peace lily delivered to my sister's funeral service yesterday. The white blooms on the plant were black or bruised or missing w/just the inner pod on the stem w/remnants of the black flower like someone had tried to pick off the dead flower w/just the pollen pod showing. It was so unacceptable the partner floral service (Teleflora) is refunding my money, I sent them pictures of the ugly dying plant. Teleflora was very kind & apologetic. They're registering a complaint w/this florist. I cant believe they had the nerve to leave this plant at the funeral home w/my mourning family. When I arrived at the service (from out of town) I was astonished. I dont get a 2nd chance to resend to a funeral. read more
