The masseuse is very talented and truly worked out some tightness and kinks I've been dealing with for months/years. I asked for a strong deep tissue and she delivered! She used her elbows and forearms, which was fantastic. She was happy to adjust the pressure but it was perfect. She really worked hard on my focus areas (legs, back, and neck). She also gave a lovely neck, face, and head massage I'd never experienced before. The hot rock treatment was a nice bonus, well worth it. I was greeted at the door and offered tea. The other lady in the wait room was a regular and said she loves this place. According to her the facials are excellent too. I was seen by Max who, I swear, was inside my head. He got all my problem areas and put just the right amount of pressure. He was extremely personable and I learned he works in the healthcare profession as well as in wellness. He is a true professional and I feel like I struck gold. During the visit I told him I had upper back pain, but during the massage I realized I was particularly tight in my lower back. He spotted this and worked equally in the areas.
