The masseuse is very talented and truly worked out some tightness and kinks I've been dealing with for months/years. I asked for a strong deep tissue and she delivered! She used her elbows and forearms, which was fantastic. She was happy to adjust the pressure but it was perfect. She really worked hard on my focus areas (legs, back, and neck). She also gave a lovely neck, face, and head massage I'd never experienced before. The hot rock treatment was a nice bonus, well worth it. I will be coming back, for sure and my wife is going tomorrow. Please support this local Port Orchard business, they do a fantastic job.

My husband surprised me with a gift certificate after he braved checking it out, going in person to the professional little office to make sure it's legit. It's legit!! Will return!

I only took a star off as there was a few minutes where no one was at the locked door when I arrived even with my knocking. It seems the typical person who worked front desk was sick. When someone came to the door after a few minutes, there was no acknowledgment as well to my waiting. I'm assuming she didn't hear me? I didn't recall the name, but I didn't have time to look it up (my original calendar reminder did show for Ali). The esthetician came in already prepped for and talking about sugaring. I mentioned that I booked for a wax. Didn't appear there was any effort going to be made to wax. She went on to explain why it's better and some of the advantages, but I had already done that research and thus booked wax. At this point I didn't have time to deal with this or reschedule as I had a trip the next day and still a lot to do. Sugar took way longer, cost more, and for me personally was not as pleasant an overall experience from waxing as they have to go over smaller patches. To each his own. The appointment time they set aside here for the one service is 1 hour. This location did not have quite the aesthetic I was hoping for.
