I ordered and pre-paid for a large deluxe (and expensive) spray of flowers to be delivered the following Monday for my aunt's wake and funeral. When we arrived, there were no flowers. The funeral director called Flower Co. and they said it would be there any second. No one arrived. Halfway through the wake I started calling and they would not answer the phone. Finally, they answered and hung up. I called again and the lady that answered said to take me off their list and hung up again. After borrowing someone else's phone, they answered and said it was delivered to the wrong funeral parlor. There is only one funeral parlor in Seymour, WI. (I am not sure where they could have delivered it.) Just as the wake was almost over the flowers arrived. I was not offered a credit or even so much as an apology. I ordered some flowers online for Valentine's Day. It was easy to search on the website and sort by prices and what's popular for the occasion. What was convenient (for me) was there were no service fees since I'm a local resident. My girlfriend loved the flowers, but found out they were delivered an hour later than they were supposed to. I could have gotten better looking roses at the store. My wife called and told me about them. I called and they offered a percent off a future order. I needed to send a coworker anniversary flowers. Since I am out of state, I asked around in the Green Bay office for who to contact - The Flower Company was who every person suggested, so I ordered the fresh arrangement online, and I was NOT disappointed. The flowers received many compliments, and the coworker as well was over joyed at how beautiful they were. My first order with this company was 2 years ago and they did great and their bouquet was delivered as pictured. I was a happy customer. But I placed another order today, and although they had the courtesy to call and tell me they didn't have the correct balloons, they mentioned absolutely nothing about the flowers they didn't have. I never done a review before or at least a negative one however, this needed to be done. In May I ordered online a floral arrangement for a special birthday for my daughter. I even followed up by calling the store to make sure they got the order for delivery the next day. They indicated at the time they did not have the calla lilies which was fine; I indicated I was more interested in the bright pink roses. The flowers were never delivered. I called the shop the next day. The person I spoke with said they had someone call in sick and they didn't everything delivered but they would be delivered that day - the flowers weren't to her until almost 6:30pm. I would have thought they would have been the first ones delivered rather than the last. My daughter sent me a picture and this is where I really got upset - the flowers barely resembled the website picture - true there was a glass vase and a green ribbon and hydrangeas but no bright pink roses - in fact no roses at all. I called and emailed the shop - it took two days before I finally was able to speak with someone who would listen to my complaint - they indicated there was no guarantee they would look like the pictures - I said I understood his perspective but felt since there were roses in website arrangement there should have been roses in the delivered arrangement. He agreed to refund my money. Since then (May 10) I've called and emailed to follow-up on his agreement to refund, however, no response. I finally called again yesterday twice - first time he said he would call me back but didn't and the 2nd time I spoke with him he didn't remember speaking to me in morning or anything about my issues. He finally said he would process the refund while I was on the phone which I received today. It took 2 months to get my refund. I truly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more

The Flower Company goes above and beyond in service and their flowers. They are truly strive to make the experience a very pleasant one. We go into the actual shop, and he makes sure that everything is perfect. The variety of foliage used in the arrangements are almost all fresh and not dried. We moved here recently from the west coast and there are not many florists there who put that much attention into detail. We'll be back and would highly recommend them to you. read more

I ordered a florist choice bouquet to be delivered to a friend that recently found out she has cancer. When my friend messaged to thank me for the flowers, she included a picture. I was so completely embarrassed. It looked like the arrangement had been thrown together with little thought or coordination. It certainly did not look like a $50 arrangement! I was in a bind and Doug came through! My wife and I were vacationing for our 1 year anniversary. It was the day before and I wanted to have flowers delivered for her. After calling around to several places, I luckily got a hold of Doug. Not only was he willing to deliver on a Sunday, but he also was willing to deliver all the way out to Oconto Falls. I ordered a "designers choice" birthday bouquet for $35. With the $10 delivery and tax the total was $47.48. I wish I could attach the photo of the bouquet, it's nice, but not for $50. I was expecting more of a wow, it looks like a bouquet I grabbed at Aldi's and plopped in a vase. Obviously, this florist does not have any "designers" on staff. And according to several other reviews it would appear that the online pre-designed bouquets are not what you will receive. Very Disappointed customer. I called ahead to order 3 corsages for a bridal shower to be picked up on Saturday at 3 p.m. When I got there to pick up the corsages, the owner told me he didn't get the order. After searching for 10 minutes, he found the order which someone overlooked. He said he would make up the order and he took my phone number to call me about 5 p.m. he said when they were ready. Finally he called to say they were done at 6 p.m. The corsages were pricey and I didn't get the flowers I ordered with two of them. He apologized but never gave me a discount or anything!
