Extremely rude and disrespectful service! Calling in from out of town to have an arrangement delivered to a family member and asked for a simple picture so I could see what is being sent. Told it would be done in 1.5 hr tips. Called back to see why I haven't received a picture after 3 hours, only to be treated extremely rude and told that they already told me they are busy etc. only to find out she was talking to the wrong customer. Flower Basket promised same day delivery, which it was. I would have been better off being a day later and gone with someone else. The plant they delivered looked like a something they dug up in the alley, certainly not worth what they charged. ;-( read more
