I live in PA, and wanted to surprise my Mom who lives in Gallup a Mothers Day flower bouquet. Yesterday their phone was busy. So attempted to use another local florist who gave me false hope of a delivery today 5/9, but told me to call back this morning. Extremely rude and disrespectful service! Calling in from out of town to have an arrangement delivered to a family member and asked for a simple picture so I could see what is being sent. Told it would be done in 1.5 hr tips. Called back to see why I haven't received a picture after 3 hours, only to be treated extremely rude and told that they already told me they are busy etc. only to find out she was talking to the wrong customer.
