Definitely should have asked for a cost before-hand because they came to Waverly to fix it and charged us $287.50 for 15 minutes of work on a pipe that is above ground. We called to ask for an invoice breaking down the charges and she said they couldn't provide that. She said they just have a flat fee they charge for going out of town. I asked if it was a $250 charge for going out of town and $30 for the repair and she said "I told you, I can't break it down for you. That's just our charge." We definitely will ask for a cost next time... but it won't be with these guys... that's for sure.

Never saw evidence of this, asked for video & never received (even though request was noted on invoice), and they also noted on invoice when they left that drain was "still slow". Paid the invoice day of by check before they left. Within 2-3 days it was the same if not worse than before. Called them to come back out & fix it properly which they did after a few days, left grease stains on my carpet, never gave me video proof of what they were finding, and tried to charge me again for the same issue they did not fix properly the first time. I did not pay this, so they handed it off to a collection agency & are now issuing me a subpoena to pay & get lawyers involved. NEVER use them again!

John replaced the ballast in one of the fixtures and got 4 replacement bulbs from Home Depot and installed them. He also proved to me that the contraption in bathrooms that trips electric current when an electric razor or hairdryer accidentally falls into a basin of water was actually working and did not need to be replaced. John was prompt, worked cleanly and was professional. His company should help their employees who interface directly with the public with PPE. I had extra masks and I gave him one.
