Last week, my mom had been dealing with a lingering cough for over a week. Waiting 4+ hours at Adventist's ER wasn't an option, so we looked up local urgent cares and came across Mederi. Every single person at this facility was incredibly kind and attentive to my mom. Even though they were busy that day, they still made us feel seen and cared for. From the receptionist who checked us in, to the office manager Serj, who made sure we and the other patients had help with any questions or the check-in process, to the medical assistant who helped get my mom situated for her visit, and finally to the PA, Emily, who was kind and thorough with her diagnosis and recommendations. I drank two bottles of water and two Advil's, and I hate to drink sugary drinks so I skipped a Gatorade. I found Wellness on Instagram called him up and the nurse there.
