The day before my appointment, Tiffany texted me instructions on how to prep my skin and reminded me of what she needed in order to work on me. She arrived right on time, was warm, friendly, and professional, and it was immediately clear that she truly knows her craft. She asked thoughtful questions about the look I wanted, preferred colors, my skin type, etc. I also asked a few questions out of curiosity, and she answered everything thoroughly.
