I am very needle sensitive and Katie is so gentle with her treatments that it allows me to actually relax and receive the benefits. Highly recommended!

Never before seeing Katie had I experienced an acupuncture session like this... it was, well,…read morebeautiful and transformative. Using tuning forks and other tools, she created a buzz of mystical sounds that were so calming and so very soothing... I was instantly melting on her table. The first time that I saw her, I was going through a lot emotionally and physically and I felt like my adrenals were taxed to their limit. So when I say that I was melting on her table, truly, it was such a blessing, feeling my body decompress and come back into energetic homeostasis. Then she gently placed the needles strategically where I needed them most. She knew where to put them from her detailed history, not just physically what I felt my body needed, but emotionally too--tying the bodymind connection together where I had felt so disconnected. It's amazing what can happen when someone has the skills, intuition, and ability to hold space for another.... Katie is amazing!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. We picked a date and arranged our massages via telephone and email. We later tried to rearrange our times, which wasn't possible, but the team was super responsive and very kind and tried so hard to make it work! Which we really appreciated. We arrived a few minutes early to complete the forms, and were treated to a warm welcome in a calm, inviting space with zero stress vibes. The two massage therapists who worked with/on us were both there to greet us, both super friendly and excellent vibes from the start. My husband was treating me for my birthday, so I was hoping for excellence, and we got it. He had deep tissue, and he said he was extremely happy with the results. It was both invigorating and relaxing for him. I wanted pure relaxation, so opted for Swedish Massage. I was so relaxed, I fought sleep the entire time b/c I wanted to experience the excellence that was taking place. Every single part of me was relaxed - I was in a near coma state of bliss! I walked (oozed?) out of the place afterward feeling 100% whole and completely at ease. We were lucky enough to leave there and head to a hot-tub at our hotel (Hilton, Scotts Valley - lovely place) and that was just perfect. And did I mention how affordable it felt! It was about $110 (I think) for 90 minutes - plus of course a good cash tip b/c it was well deserved, and you should ALWAYS tip our massage therapist! I live about an hour from this place without traffic, but we will definitely be back! I am a bit of a massage hound, and this place is worth the trek and the effort!!!
