Front end reception was very welcoming and wonderful! Laurie was so polite, kind and soooooo knowledgeable. I have been struggling with lower back pain which is coming from different muscles and such. she used shockwave on me and massaged me, I wish I could have spent the whole day in the comfort relaxation of this place, Laurie is a miracle worker with what she does and I'll 100% be re booking and letting friends and family know as well!

My intent is to be fair and post what is true to my experience, nothing more or less. I did not have an expectation of the same people on staff all the time. What I appreciate as a customer is an introduction, especially as I'd been in a few times and had every intention of being a regular client. My opinion of the website layout is just that - my opinion. I have seen the booking software elsewhere and have not had issues, but have come to believe that the array of treatment choices are what complicate it for someone trying to self-serve with this business. What I took time discovering: You cannot just change treatment type, but must book a new *time you do NOT want with the new treatment type. Next, you must go back in to rebook again for the time you previously had. You can jockey it around like this or just call. It was closed when I was doing it and I just wanted it done. Recommendation: call in and save the time and trouble. Regarding how the treatment was coded for insurance (massage versus acupuncture), I DID bring it to the attention of the front staff. This person advised me that she was new and because of this she had *called the owner for advice* when the massage claim was denied. When I tried to point out what I'd received for treatment and what I thought I booked, she was firm that the blended treatment was to be coded as massage, not acupuncture. Because this was a definite answer, knowing she had asked for help and wanting to avoid pressuring her (false claim), I chose to instead appeal to my insurance provider. Green Shield confirmed the front desk person had acted correctly. So, I thought I was getting something claimable as acupuncture, but I was not. I am now concerned at the offer to submit to a 'different option'. Photos taken are consistent with other reviews and not 'part of my complaint' as the owner seemed to think. I was actually charmed by the stained glass and appreciated the cleanliness, wanting to highlight both. The renos mentioned in the reply were not apparent to me; it was fine.

It took about 6 months of work but I am happy to say it is healed. Initially I couldn't sleep because my hand and arm would go to sleep painfully, if that makes sense. As soon as Greg started I was getting instant relief of about 50% then the remaining 50% was a bit of a slog, every couple of weeks and some time off to go fishing and I am much happier. Very happy I didn't go get the surgery.

The tank here is like a bathtub, with a tall ceiling, which takes away any claustrophobic feeling. The tank itself is soundproof and lightproof. It's a very relaxing and tension relieving experience. The space is very clean and staff are friendly. They provide a bathrobe, and towels, and all the shower supplies. My only frustration here was that all the products they offered were run out. I went to the bathroom, the soap was empty. I went to get cleaned up, they have bottles of moisturizer, cream, hair serums, spray deodorant - ALL were completely empty. I would've been less frustrated if they weren't even provided. Other than this, it is a very nice space, lovely atmosphere, and very reasonable pricing.

My back was killing me, and I lay face down on the table and she could tell exactly where the muscles were the most problems just by looking at my back. She put her thumb on the most painful muscle and said does it hurt here? And I almost jumped through the roof. And then she fixed me and I felt so much better within an hour. I have "followed" him from his first practise in Calgary to Cochrane. I have a very difficult "body". Through years of my own physical use and abuse of my body, Dr. Androsoff just knows what to do! His schooling has taught him well. His soft tissue work is amazing and has increased my ROM through my hips/pelvis. He knows and realizes that a release is not going to happen. He uses gravity and gentle traction to increase my ROM and adjusts/releases as necessary. He's not your Chiro that just does neck, cervical and spine adjustments. He treats your body as individual as you are. Crystal Pellerin is the RMT that I have been introduced to by Dr. Androsoff. She is fantastic!! She quickly found the points of my body where I need "help". I began to have painful stabbing pains through my left pelvis while getting into bed. She researched the possible causes of the pain and worked on them and after a couple of weeks, the stabs of pain were completely non existent and I remain painfree. Crystal has magic hands and knows what parts of the body to focus on. I have been pain-free and massages no longer "hurt", nonetheless a good "hurt". My weekly, standing appt is the highlight of my week. I go to her and Dr. Androsoff weekly to maintain my body/spine. Well worth the drive to Cochrane to maintain my physical health.
