The staff members were friendly, but the service was intolerably slow (so much so that we almost left before our food arrived) and not particularly attentive (took ages to get someone's attention). I asked our server for the password to the free WiFi. She didn't know. Had to wait in line (again) to ask for the password (then had trouble connecting - not worth the effort at all). The food was OK. It wasn't terrible, but nothing to write home about either. I was somewhat disappointed with the range of food options available (both for the kids and adults). It might be worth a second try in a pinch, but I'm in no rush to return.

We found the service to be good - attentive but not intrusive - although we were not offered any water on our table which we found strange - not sure if that's the norm here. After downing a few wines we needed a glass of water! All in all I was nicely impressed with Portobello and would definitely come again.
