Purchased pet insurance in February. They are a paperless company therefore, I never received…read moreanything in the mail. I forgot who I went with and searched my email for pet insurance companies . I could not find an email stating which company I went with. I finally resorted to calling every pet insurance company till I found the one I went with. They resend my policy through email. I submit all my claims from the first day I got the policy. Received an email back that they will not cover anything, nor will they put anything towards my $250 deductible. I paid for the entire policy in February and I have nothing to show for it. I still have to generate $250 to get them to even cover a standard pet visit. I will not be going with MetLife again. I have nothing to show for my money. They had all my money upfront, I paid for the entire year and have nothing to show for it. When I asked why they couldn't honor at least one of my claims they said that's their policy. I was seven days out of their claim window and they still won't do it nor will they put anything towards my deductible and I have spent over $2000 on vet bills. I'm sorry to even give them one star.

worst company to work with. i got sick and had to file to short term disability sadly my company…read moredeals with Metlife, it took 30 days to get one check and them it was like pulling teeth to get any answers from them, always jumping through hoops trying to get the correct paper work filled out. you need this signed or our paper work does match the dates or your company does not pay for weekends. i would never buy or use any thing connected with this company. they make you fax paper work to them while your sick in bed. had to get a legal help. its been hell, you have been warned!!!!!

Geico must not keep tabs of their agents nor train them in the manner to make a client feel…read morewelcome. Geico is a large company, like big pharma. Big in didvidends but small in customer service. Karma always wins in the end...there are smaller but wiser companies building a better mouse trap as I write, better coverage, better rates and better service. Josh Glover and his boss John have been spared the axe so far. Their attitude is not consumer friendly and are impressed with their monikers. Nothing lasts forever and while they are obtuse to the people who keep them in business, someone is looking over their shoulder...guaranteed. Both kiddies do not take ownership of their jobs and have no healthy fear...someday someone will take notice and they will be dismissed from their duties. As mentioned, I have placed a formal complaint with Leticia James and have a letter of acknowledgement. The State moves slowly and I am sure in due time they will step out of bounds just enough to be called on the rug. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when they are either demoted or outright fired.

Their reasoning? My 'location.' This is despite their advertising claims that they don't increase rates due to accidents. It's frustrating to deal with a company that makes bold promises in their advertisements but doesn't follow through. Their pricing practices are extremely unreasonable, and I ultimately switched to Progressive- where I've had a much better experience. My dad also left GEICO for similar reasons and I finally understand why!!! In today's economy, it's clear that companies like GEICO care more about profits than their customers' well-being. Don't be fooled by the cute gecko!!! GEICO does not live up to their claims. I signed into Yelp just to write this review. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I cannot recommend GEICO and suggest looking elsewhere for reliable coverage along with HONEST service. and they have the audacity to keep sending me mails to renew my coverage!! Heck no!!! I have better coverage with progressive where they actually quoted me affordable coverage. I am done paying off my coverage too and don't have to worry about my car insurance for another few months. I repeat DO NOT sign up with Geico!!!
