Incredibly inefficient and very inconvenient. When we moved into our house, my husband had to take off from work to go do this. Also, I like that you can pay your bill online... BUT you must have the paper bill they mail you in order to know the amount. Their website has no customer account you can sign into to see your usage and monthly bill. Again, very inconvenient. It's 2018 now. How hard is it to get a fully functioning website for customers to login and pay with ease without needing a paper bill?

First time called it was for my vent hood: the bill very high and they were literally standing around for hours chatting so that they can justify the amount of hours they were charging me. They should just have a flat fix rate per item. They had to come out multiple times because it kept breaking. Second time called plumbing simple job. It came apart and I spoke to them and they said Tuesday Morning its 6:11 Tuesday morning and no show or call. Third time hired: Electrical the guy didn't fix anything at all, he said he was coming back and never did. First the bill was high because he ordered the wrong parts. The invoice was suppose to be significantly low once it got exchanged for the actual items but never received a credit and it never got fixed. They reached out to me through text to let me know that they let go of an employee that really honestly didn't know what they were doing on May 8th and that they were coming in my kitchen and following up with what didn't get fixed they apologized.
