Barry initially came back and said his firm was "very interested" in the case, only to come back the next day and say they weren't. When I inquired as to why they changed their minds, he said they weren't interested in a class action case (it's not) and I should go elsewhere. I tried to clarify this to him and had to explain how legal assignment worked. It was shocking that they didn't know what this was - almost as shocking as Barry's inability to absorb the facts and details.
