The educators are a bit hit & miss, but ultimately, I got the degree that I paid for in 16 months, which is quite fantastic for a bachelors. I did not sleep at all, but I think it was worth it. In any case, I would recommend them for someone that needs to get their degree and move on.

Critical financial obligations--such as a $100 withdrawal fee--are not clearly disclosed, yet they are aggressively enforced later. I never requested withdrawal from my program. I clearly communicated that I wanted to pause enrollment to complete CLEP exams and return with a structured, cost-efficient plan aligned with my goal of advancing into a PhD program. Instead, I was enrolled in additional courses without my authorization, which forced me to submit a tuition appeal for four classes I did not consent to take. Parents must be actively involved. Students must demand written confirmation for everything and document all interactions. You will not be properly guided on cost-saving options like CLEP exams, despite their legitimacy and value in avoiding unnecessary general education expenses. The lack of transparency in academic planning directly impacts both time and financial investment. Academic support is inconsistent and often inadequate. Courses rely heavily on third-party paid platforms, creating additional out-of-pocket costs while offering minimal instructional engagement. Attempts to seek clarification or support are frequently ignored, leaving students to navigate critical decisions alone. Let me be clear: I am formally demanding, in writing, that the withdrawal fee be waived, that all related collections activity cease immediately, and that my transcripts be released without further obstruction. This situation has already escalated due to the institution's failure to act transparently and in good faith. If this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I am fully prepared to continue pursuing formal action and escalating this further. This is a matter of accountability, not misunderstanding. Students and parents deserve transparency, respect, and proper academic guidance. Based on my experience, Keiser University has failed to provide all three.

For me to take the time out of work to write this review is completely unacceptable. I've attended…read moreKeiser university back in 2013, I've never notice an issue while attending the school, up until now when I got a call from a collection agency saying Keiser University drop my file on their desk for collection, and that this have been in collection since 2020, I then ask them why didn't anyone contacted me, we're in 2024, he says they just recieve my file . I've never recieved any phone calls or mail from Keiser University or their lenders that they pair you up with, this is completely unprofessional and unrighteous to the students who trust an institution for schooling, but not in Keiser university eyes. I repeat to all students who might have a pending application or thinking of attending Keiser university, This review is too prevent you new students who may have aspiration attending this school. I've never had this issue all the years I've attended college taking loans. 99% of my loans are in forbearance because I've recieved mail and calls for the 99%, and the 1% someone drop the ball, or not doing their job they were paid to do and contact the student and inform them or send the student notifications. A trust worthy institution wouldn't pair their student with lenders that are not trust worthy with their students. I tried calling Keiser University Pembroke Pines, spoke to ansar financial aid associate even he understood that this situation that occurred was completely wrong doing. The director of admission said he was going to get with the Financial aid director Yalisette Segovia involved to find a solution, I guess she did not care enough to resolve an issue but rather telling the financial aid associate ansar its not Keiser university fault and to call collections and figure it out. Dear Future Students, I repeat, DO NOT ATTEND this school if you don't want couple years down the road experiencing an issue like mines. If Keiser university with their so called good lenders they pair you with didn't drop the ball or was doing their job. I wouldn't be having conversation with you today. This is to save you from the pain and headache that you can get, by being blindsided because of an institution and their partner lenders which they would have to approve of those lenders for their institution to work with the students. Keiser university and their business lenders are completely unprofessional and mishandling student loans. I feel like being taken advantage of, I'm not sure if its because the way I look, or my name, I feel like my trust was violated by receiving this call from a collections agency, I had never gotten any notification prior to this phone call until 4 years later for a loan that was taken out back in 2013. Future Students, read this review clearly with understanding before trusting Keiser university with your fate and loans.

I couldn't even understand where she was calling from because she sound like she didn't want to be at work today. She then transfers me to a wanna be advisor who sounded like he was scared of people. I told him that I was no longer interested in learning any more about their programs because he barely knew about them and he hung up on me. Hallelujah!! Saved by the bell cause this place is a joke, and ghetto!
