Mind you, I left my previous waxer due to laziness - although I had been several times before as she had always been great with me, but that's honestly irrelevant to this experience. This statement will make sense once the screenshots are read. The aesthetician, Emily, was sweet but apparently inexperienced. She never mentioned to me my posture, my opinion of the service after it was complete, or if there was any issue with the service. I tipped more than I would normally for her kindness and fully expected to go back. Upon arrival home, I inspected my yoni and about 27% of the hair was still there. It literally looks like I shaved in a hurry with a dull razor. Upset, I reached out to "Skin Stuntz" asking for a partial refund as the service was not provided as requested. She agreed, said it would be Monday before received, and asked for my PayPal or Venmo for payment. Kerri, her boss, messages me saying she can redo the service, but it was against policy to refund me. I question several issues such as why her employee would offer if that's the case and was met with clear hostility. Please help yourself to the screenshots below of the interaction. I feel sorry for the girls working as her employees and the fact that she thinks it's okay to not refund me my money when I told her to keep the cost of the material and labor.
