They told me they wouldn't take any money until they were ready to order metal because they were ready to do the job. They took 50% in January. And since then I have contacted them four times to find out when I'm going to get my roof and I never get an answer. All emails are ignored. Phone calls either go to voicemail and are unreturned or if I get someone they dont know the answer, say they will check and get back to me. They have never gotten back to me. Really no excuse for this much dropping of the ball unless there is bad intent. I'm giving it until Friday and then I am getting the lawyers involved.

I've spent 2 months calling and texting our sales rep, the Home Plus office, and have been told 5 times 'someone will be out this week, or tomorrow , etc to complete the job.' The roof job was a complete mess-every day workers were there I had to call the project manager (who surprisingly no longer works there), the sales rep and the office and ask them to please clean up the thousands of nails and debris all over the outside of the house. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. We are now forced to hire an attorney to resolve this matter -it's been a total nightmare. Highly recommend NOT USING HOME PLUS ROOFING-they are scammers !
