Unfortunately we found them to be less responsive , less engaged and provided no regular communication with us regarding available properties. We received little to no property listings from them and no regular communication. Therefore, we began to search for a home on our own. Mistakenly, as we identified properties we were interested in we let other realtors and brokers know that Bay National was our realtor. I believe we did all of the upfront leg work of finding homes to see. Not until they knew that we were in the stage of securing a mortgage and preparing to close on a particular home did they then get involved. Then consistent regular communication with us started. We were surprised at the number of emails, texts and advice we begun to received asking how thing were coming along with the home and the closing date on the home we were building. Perhaps it was because we were near closing at that point and there was a guaranteed financial benefit to them. We closed 12/20/22. The agent that worked with us is very charming but seemed only interested in working to help us when there was an immediate benefit. This was the 5th home we have been blessed to purchase. Of all of them this was the worst experience with a realtor.

Amy Hauser is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and disrespectful. We flew in from out of…read morestate to inspect a house (our above market cash offer was accepted). The house wasn't inspection ready - Plumbing wasn't connected (sink and tub), faucets didn't work, toilets and other appliances not secured, pool was not functional. Insulation was missing in the attic and pool electric panel was rusted and exposed to the elements. Additionally, four trusses were cut, garage doors were damaged, torn and not functional. Irrigation didn't work. And that wasn't all! We were FORCED to have an inspection within a few days. I flew in from out of state and paid for a home inspection, pest inspection and septic inspection. None of the above items were disclosed. The house wasn't inspection ready and based on some of the fails, you wouldn't be able to get homeowners insurance. We shared our findings with Amy asking for these items to be corrected. She wouldn't even have a conversation. We wasted a significant amount of time and money not to mention the stress, frustration and lost work time. I would never buy or sell a home with Amy or Mihara & Assoc. In my opinion, they are unethical.
