    * THIS IS FOR THE CLINIC AT 1150 45th St. West Palm Beach FL , THIS IS NOT FOR THE BOCA RATON…read moreLOCATION**** I want to start off saying I am very disappointed with who my daughter saw at this clinic I won't say her name but it starts with a T", first off my daughter came in for brain fog, and extreme fatigue she explained it's been going on for at least 3 years T" was also informed that my daughter was diagnosed with Sibo a few months ago, and the treatment worked but the symptoms seem to be coming back and an appointment was made for my daughter to take the Sibo test again. so why under" today's visit" on the paper they gave us did it say my daughter fatigue was " unspecified" My daughter emphasized that she was exposed to mold and also was concerned about her vitamin levels,my daughter told the T she has never been sexually active my daughter is 22, and why did she tell her that, because she then decided to give my child several different labs for std's including gonorrhea, trachomatis, HIV 1/2 hep C etc. she said it's because she wanted thorough testing but once we looked over the labs again we noticed she didn't add the mold IgE lab the ANA IFA lab or the Sars labs ( because my daughter didn't want the covid vax I suppose) So basically she just tested my daughter for std's vit B12 and vit D which can also be affected if you have HIV. Now I understand doing routine screening for new patients.. but gonorrhea! I can understand HIV because it can be contracted through blood but I am over 40 years old and I have never had gonorrhea.. "But most importantly" I have never once been given a lab to get checked for gonorrhea and I "AM" sexually active, my daughter specified she's had these symptoms for years, so who could go for years living with gonorrhea without dying?? I guess she is trying to prove my daughter is not a virgin with all of the std labs. I think it's a disgrace and very disrespectful to send a young female with all those std labs to be tested, it had to be embarrassing for my daughter, my daughter is in fact NOT sexually active, and never has been. and I don't appreciate her being made mockery of. maybe once T see all the sexual transmitted disease labs come back negative maybe she can test my daughter for what really could be wrong with her like mold exposure or some other infection like Sibo that is making her feel unhealthy.

Observations over a longitudinal period of thirty years suggest a significant regression in the facility's adherence to the 'Patient's Bill of Rights.' During a recent period of acute physiological distress, the nursing staff demonstrated an alarming degree of interpersonal hostility and professional apathy. Furthermore, there appears to be a systemic failure in resource allocation; a surplus of personnel at the central nursing station remained disengaged from patient care despite high volume, suggesting a breakdown in clinical leadership. The absence of rigorous institutional oversight in Palm Beach County has allowed for a substandard care environment that fails to meet contemporary Western biomedical benchmarks for safety and service quality. The entire ER nursing staff and supervisor on duty the night of Jan 12th 2026 should be terminated " Stay Far Away !!!!!

Is this doctors office any good? Who knows, because I never got in. Allow me to explain…read more I was looking for a new internist and Dr Constance Fields was very highly rated, so I called and made an appointment on January 3rd. I wouldn't have been able to have been seen until March 13th, but I was willing to wait for a great doctor, so I said ok. This past Friday (Feb 24th) they called me to inform me that Dr Fields doesn't normally see new patients at that date / time but they'd honor it since I had already waited for months. They also told me that the person who made the appointment didn't take all my info. Ok, no prob. She then asked what the reason for my appointment was and I told her yearly checkup and she said that Dr Fields is a cardiologist and does not see new patients for IM. I explained that my insurance said she was an internist, and that I also told the person I made the appointment with that. She said, "Yeah she made a lot of mistakes". ??? So I asked if they could at least suggest a new Dr and she just started reading off a list in a monotone voice. You could tell she couldn't vouch for them. I said forget it I'll just go through my insurance like I did months ago and hung up. To say I was angry was an understatement. I could've seen another Dr months ago. What a waste of time, all because they hired someone incompetent. Smh

All medical staff having direct surgery related contact with patients are either RN's specialist techs, or well trained medical assistants. The operation is seasoned. You'll receive a call from an intake nurse a day before surgery who screens you and records or confirms your present medicine protocol, reviews the surgical procedure and provides pre surgery guidance including how you should prepare day before and day of the surgery. Upon arrival you're greeted by a receptionist who actually smiles and looks at you when talking, handing up authorization papers and scans your ID and insurance. The pre op nurse comes to the waiting room to take you back to the area where you'll change into gown and asks pre-op questions. She is calm reassuring and professional. She monitors blood pressure and pulse goes over your meds (again) and literally tucks you into your wheelchair or bed, no kidding. Furring your wait for the surgeon or anesthesiologist she will check in on you periodically. My procedure was relatively simple, excision and reconstruction of some growths which were not supposed to be there. The surgery was being done by a dermatologist trained in cosmetic surgery. I prefer having these excisions done this way rather than in my dermatologist's office because the cosmetic surgeon is far better at minimizing the scaring of the reconstruction of the surgical site. And it is still covered by insurances. I have had several of these surgeries over the years and Park Creek has been consistently very good at what they do from start to finish. My pre op nurse was attentive and reassuring. She offered to bring my husband into the curtained off area to sit with me while the physician/surgeon prepped. The OR nurse, ROSW, was outstanding. She sets you up on the OR table and does preliminary prep of area to be operated on. She remains in OR and assists the surgeon. And there's another nurse assisting in OR. No shortage of staff. It's immaculate it's a great place to have your outpatient surgery without hassle of using an outpatient hospital setting. I've always felt good when being there. Recommended when you need outpatient surgery. Oh easy to park in large private parking lot. On 441 in Parkland.
