Lately I had been going to the Clermont location because of availability. The only place to new address was listed was in a text message reminding me of the appointment and I missed it. On the website they still have the old address listed but they were easy to find because they are in the same complex. I inform them of the error and hopefully they will fix it soon. As for seeing the doctor I have been very happy with the service I have received from the doctor himself and all the support staff. I met someone new working the front counter on my visit who answered the phone when I called in the morning to make sure that I was having an in-person appointment and not telemedicine. She was very helpful answering phones while also working the front counter and handling patients on the way out. Everything moved very smoothly and it was the busiest I have seen one of their offices on any visit. My doctor has always listened to what I had to say and explain things very efficiently for my treatments.

He doesn't just read what's on the paper and interested in prescribing meds. Instead he took the time to explain kidney function and recommend diet and exercise to get us back to where normal is. He took 2 hours with us, dedicated to us and reading through all bloodwork and testing that's been done. He simplified the medical terminology and broke things down to where we could understand. I love how he treats you like a person and not a number. It's the absolute best experience we've had with a specialist! I finally feel like we have someone who cares and is going to help us treat and fix the kidney issues we are currently faced with. Dr. Patel gave us the insight and treatment plan that we needed. The docs here are all bilingual Spanish/English and sharp re: kidneys. Concerns have occurred with wait times, office staff and their online med access program. I believe they partner with DaVita for dialysis right behind them.

I have been very happy with their services and have had totally positive experiences. I had some kidney issues a few years back and they got me straightened out fairly quickly. Because of my diabetes and a couple other problems I ran into some issues a couple months back and have been in once a month or so since. Today my kidneys have bounced back to better than they were over a year ago. The combination of different doctors I am currently seeing have been working together and keeping me alive. Dr. Bao Huynh has been great at communicating with me and keeping me up to date on test results. He explains things so I can easily understand what is going on. If you are in need of a nephrologist this is a good choice for anyone.

As a migraine and asthma sufferer I get extremely sick when I go there bc they use at least one maybe several plug ins in the office. I have discussed with them how awful this is for sufferers of asthma and other conditions. That it can literally cause me to have an asthma attack. They did not care while I was there. I wrote to the office manager an I am attaching their reply. Not only is it bad for those with health issues but it is bad for everyone. So many toxins in them and even if that wasn't the case for everyone, if it is a known irritant and health issue for those with certain conditions, I am not sure why they would continue to use them especially after there have been complains.
