I actually have proof for my review, feel free to read the messages. I hired Sound Mind Studios…read morearound November where at first I did get the quality of work that I wanted. I spent around $200 and got $200 worth of work back. My mistake was getting comfortable, I paid in advanced $400 for the rest of my project with terrible results. As you can see in the texts this person refused to respond on multiple occasions, I paid for work around January and still around summer I was asking for my work back. By the time I got my work back there were essentially no changes. The producer added an EQ layer which someone their first semester of undergraduate could do within 10 minutes, it was nothing that I asked for and definitely not worth $400. I contacted his manager who clearly didn't want to be bothered. At this point summer was in full swing and I wanted to just have a refund of my $400 and find another studio. Of course the manager "didn't have my money" and refused. He offered to fix my project but with the low quality of work and clear annoyance with me (and I quote) "This cannot be a never ending project", I accepted that I was stolen from and moved on. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're fine losing hundreds of dollars.

I was fortunate enough to see Melody preform at a wedding, the ceremony was absolutely amazing…read more DJ's and piano players are a dime a dozen these days but having a harpist, especially one as good as Melody, was an absolute treat. The harp is such a beautiful instrument and to see someone as Masterful as Melody play is breathtaking and inspiring. I was able to speak with melody after the performance and found out she has performed internationally for kings and presidents even. After speaking with Melody, I found out she's able to travel almost anywhere in US and beyond. I will be getting married in December, and my fiancé said that we WILL definitely be having Melody perform at our wedding. Now my fiancé isn't always the easiest person to please, especially when it comes to our wedding. (she can be a bit of a bridezilla) but she has been completely blown away by how professional and accommodating Melody has been.

From the very beginning they were friendly, professional & helpful. I was not there for load up, my husband said they had 4 guys & worked hard, & packed the truck with care. (I do know that furniture was wrapped extremely well) At delivery, we only had 2 guys. Brandon & Dakota. TBH, probably should have been 3. These young men worked their asses off in 104° heat, having to cart everything down the long driveway since they couldn't get the truck in due a couple of issues. I felt so bad for them & was really worried about them... gave them water & even had Travis & Em p/u Gatorade for them. All of this to say, I highly recommend using D.C. Moore & Son. The employees, yes... employees not random day laborers, are fantastic... the cost is competitive. It did cost more than the estimate, but it was worth it & still less than other phone estimates from other companies with worse reviews.
