He tried to find a dentist who accepts HealthSun and was told he had to use a dentist from the Florida Dental Network. We called the Dental Network and were given only 3 dentists near us, all of who had terrible ratings. I was hoping to get OTC drugs by shopping at a pharmacy, but am restricted to a very useless list of OTC items to mail order. I think next year we will go back to Humana.

When my husband arrived at the clinics he was told his last name was incorrect and placed as the primary and his coverage for dental and health was a month out when I called Emmanuel about the error he became extremely defensive and argumentative and refused to own up to his errors.
