i went to have my eyes checked for a new prescription and i guess i shoud have stayed away…read more every other place i had gone gave me a 2yr prescription im old and on fixed income so today i went to get a new pair of glasses and i was told dr mileski made it a 1 year prescription i guess the want to get paid yearly instead of every 2 years so im stuck with glasses that cut my nose but i can at least see and ill scrtch up enough to go to a place to get back on the 2yr prescription what a racket

I didn't know that Dr. Riordan comes out this way too and I really like her and I was sad at the prospect of losing her. Thank goodness. Every staff person I came into contact with was really nice. Also, they seem to be a lot faster than the other location. I have to get a special exam every 6 months as I'm a genetic suspect for a condition and they want to catch it early if anything changes. The entire visit from the special exam, the imaging, the vision test, the doctor exam was efficient but not rushed and I was always asked if I had any questions. I'm gonna continue coming here. I overheard that they do not take vision insurance while in the office. I assume that's because they are a specialist office but I'd double-check that.

Most of the staff at both Southpoint and PV clinic sites have been great. I felt a bit rushed and not being heard trying to clarify next appointments when leaving by one front desk person when leaving my last appointment but all the other girls and techs were very nice. This office texts patients ahead telling you to be 15 minutes early if you have paperwork…read more otherwise show up at your appointed time. what they don't tell you is they have a FIVE minute policy that if you are 5 minutes late, they cancel your appointment! go find another eye doctor - they are like a puppy mill over these last few years.
