I called another company and told them what had happened, they said the prohibit any of their guys to go on roof tiles, they either go around the house with a ladder and take pictures from it or use a drone. THEY ARE THE WORST! Update! You saying that i was rude to your employee in real time and to people in your office and that i sent you nasty messages just show how petty, unprofessional and disconnected to the truth you are,i have only spoken to you and "steve" so far.i posted pictures of the text messages i sent you petty liar. I made the mistake of hiring them only because of the name recognition and year warranty, along with their own, fake, made up ratings. They were ineffective upon hiring them and when I called back a few months later with the same problem they did not fix, they sent back same shotty subcontractors AND STILL DID NOT repair my roof. I would have had to pay a lawyer to fight them in court to get back my $7K. I paid another roofer 1/3 the price and the problem was fixed in one visit. STAY AWAY from these con artists, thieves!!!

I cannot comment on the quality of the inspection as the report has not come in yet, but I feel I…read morecan on the level of professionalism. After completing an inspection on my house they left several breakers flipped, one of which was for the fridge. Luckily we were home for the inspection and shortly after they left went into the fridge to find it off, had that not been the case we would have instead found a fridge of spoiled food (as a note, in the 3+ years we have been here the fridge breaker has never flipped, and as part of the inspection they did open the panel). They also left open all 3 gates to our fence, despite knowing we had dogs who very clearly used the backyard. And ran the dishwasher on a full 2 hour cycle - this perhaps would have normally been less of an issue but I had just done a top rack wash full of baby bottles, so every clean bottle for our 9 month old was sitting in the now running dishwasher. I understand they want to turn on/test things but they could have easily clicked one of the shorter settings (and the helpful screen even shows how long the run is) - it isn't like the stuck around to see how well it ran, just that it did. Their inspection might be really thorough. But unless your goal is to piss off the seller I would avoid.
