Just don't. I echo another poster's comments on another site that these folks are not professional. My first indication should have been when I was setting up my initial appointment and whoever was on the phone (not sure if it was the receptionist or someone else), but while I was on the phone she screamed over to people in the office, telling them to go sit in a chair or to grab a bottle of water. The thing is, that's why phones have a "hold" button. But she didn't. She was screaming in my ear. Then she got my appointment wrong. I was told to show up at a certain time and when I got there, I was informed I was late and that the practitioner had left for the day. The nurse was arguing with me that my appointment was a half hour earlier. Maybe it was, in their books, but not mine. But I decided to give it a chance. My first appointment cost me a $50 copay only to see the nurse practitioner for 10 minutes so she could tell me to go get bloodwork. They don't do bloodwork on site. I did that then on my second visit (and another $50 copay) spent another 10 minutes with the nurse practitioner so she could tell me that she could confirm my diagnosis. And despite me having had my records sent, she was unaware that she had received them. So obviously she was not prepared appropriately for our appointment. (She found them and read them during our appointment.) Not once during either of my visits did anyone smile at me or be warm or caring. So, I will not be back. I recommend finding an actual endocrinologist's office and leave this place for other, non-medical needs, if you dare. read more
