The staff at the office were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had about the upcoming procedure. What really stood out to me was the patience and thoroughness with which the doctor explained the entire process to me during that first visit. As the day of my surgery approached, I appreciated having been proactive in requesting a copy of the instructions at the initial visit- due to different conflicts, I had to reschedule my procedure 2 or 3 times ( I can't remember) so from that initial consult to the date of the procedure was well over 4 months. This was the first time I was undergoing any sort of procedure, so for my own wellbeing, I am glad I requested the paperwork at that first visit! While the pre-op instructions provided the night before were minimal, having the additional guidance ensured I was well-prepared for the big day. On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly, thanks to the professionalism and expertise of the entire team. I was pleasantly surprised by how little discomfort I experienced afterward, thanks to the adequate pain control measures put in place. My follow-up appointment a week later further solidified my positive impression of the office. I was informed upfront about the risk of infection, particularly in the lower teeth, and advised on what symptoms to watch out for. Unfortunately, I did develop an infection a week later, but the response from the office was swift and efficient. They offered me a same-day visit, although I had a scheduling conflict and went in the next morning instead. The quick incision and drainage procedure had me in and out of the office in under 30 minutes, with clear instructions on how to care for the site afterward. Since then, my recovery has been smooth sailing, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received at this office. I went in for my consultation in April or May and scheduled to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed (I know, I am insane) in July. I later had to change it to Oct and they were accomodating. He explained the procedure very clearly before and during. He was very reassuring during the extraction, saying I was doing well, letting me know how we were progressing etc. He even saw me for a follow-up pop in when I was being paranoid about the healing process. Whole thing only took about 45 minutes, including downtime, about 20 minutes active yanking. This made a very unpleasant experience, not that horrible.
