He offered different ideas as to what I could do to make it better. Thanks !

It took about 30 minutes to fill out all of their forms. After that I waited about fifteen minutes to be called back. The staff from the x-ray tech to the nurse were absolutely delightful! I felt very welcomed. Dr. Bridges has a fantastic bedside manner and really listened to me. He took his time examining my MRI. I felt confident in what he explained to me. He ended up draining my knee and he was very gentle and explained everything he was doing and asked if I was doing ok throughout the procedure. The whole experience was as pleasant as it could be. Needless to say, I liked him so much that I am going back for my shoulder issues next week. I highly recommend Dr. Bridges and his practice!

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR LIFE -- ESPECIALLY IN A MEDICAL CRISIS…read more I don't write reviews often, but this one is important, and it comes from the most painful, vulnerable chapter of my life. I feel a deep moral responsibility to warn others about Drew Karp in Hollywood, Florida. He may call himself "Doctor" -- but let's be clear: he is not a licensed M.D., and in my opinion, his practice is dangerously misleading. My husband was critically ill with cancer -- not early-stage, not in remission, but in full-blown metastasis. We were fighting for every day, desperate for hope, for healing, for anything that might help him. That's when we met Drew Karp. He came recommended through word-of-mouth as someone who "heals naturally," and like so many families in crisis, we clung to hope. Drew Karp welcomed us with a briefcase full of bottles and vague promises. No labs, no scans, no proper diagnostics -- just a few drops here and there, a black case full of so-called remedies, and an attitude of "you're healed now." And I'll never forget what he said: that my husband was "perfect" -- that he was "healed." He told us this while my husband's body was ravaged with cancer. While metastasis had spread throughout his system. While we were preparing ourselves for the unthinkable. There was no healing -- there was false hope, denial, and a gross, negligent disregard for reality. To tell a family that someone is "healed" when they are critically ill is not just wrong -- it's evil. It's cruel. It is the opposite of care. If you have a cold or are simply curious about alternative wellness methods, maybe you can afford to play along with Drew Karp's vague approach. But do not -- under any circumstances -- take a real medical condition to this man. You deserve real medical care, not wishful thinking disguised as healing. My husband passed away. And while I carry that grief with me every day, I also carry the rage of having been misled at such a fragile time. I trusted someone I shouldn't have. I let my guard down when I should have demanded credentials, evidence, and science. And I will never forgive myself for that. But I can at least write this and try to prevent someone else from making the same mistake. Trust in real medicine. Trust in science. Question titles. Ask for licenses. Ask what medical school they went to. Ask if they are board-certified. Drew Karp is not. And in my opinion, he is the worst kind of fraud -- the one who preys on hope. Be very, very careful

If you are looking for really good physical therapy or group training, I highly recommend Movement…read moreLab! I started working with Stefan almost three months ago. I suffered from an L5/S1 disc herniation and dealt with debilitating pain and sciatica- to the point where I could barely walk without extreme pain. I wasn't able to workout at all prior to working with Stefan because of how bad the pain was. Now, I am back to fully working out and feel significantly stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Prior to working with Stefan, I worked with 6 physical therapists who mostly did general pain management but never actually helped me with my recovery. He not only helped me with pain management and my recovery, but he also helped me figure out the root cause of my injury. In my opinion, the best PTs are not the ones that you constantly have to rely on but the ones that teach you about different movements and help you learn more about your body, so that you can be continue to put in the work on your own. When I first came in to Movement Lab a few months ago, I was really struggling with my injury and would have never imagined I could come this far in so little time. If you are dealing with an injury- whether big or small, I couldn't recommend Stefan enough.
