On the same token, this is France technically, so they don't necessarily HAVE to be pleasant! Their selection is great--I saw several styles I hadn't seen anywhere else, including all over Italy in the same time period. This area is really nice to walk around and is in the middle of it all, with several other high-end shops to browse, as well as nearby park areas and of course the Promenade de Anglaise. Don't forget to bring your passport and get your tax deduction!
