Wish I could give zero stars. We had our wedding through wedgewood and floral sensations was the contracted vendor. Included in our wedding package was the centerpieces only. To add anything else was EXTREMELY overpriced. They are unorganized and sent me incorrect invoices like 3-4 different times and I had to constantly email them back and remind them that that is not my correct order, one time they even sent me a completely different couples invoice. We decided to get my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres elsewhere that was more reasonably priced. However, we decided to go with FS for the wisterias in our tunnel because it made the tunnel so much nicer. They charge $950 for wisterias and sold it as if we use fake ones and do it ourselves it's not as full and as nice so we thought, we saved on our other florals let's just pay the $950 and get the real wisterias and make the tunnel look nice. Well, come our wedding day they showed up to put up the wisterias and they were FAKE. You charge $950 to put up FAKE wisterias?!? You can get packs of fake wisterias online for $100 or less. We were livid. My husband called the company in that moment and the guy on the line (Robert) was so rude and tried saying wisterias don't bloom during this time of year. My husband told him that he advertised them as real during our meeting and that's why the price was so high because they were hard to find during this time and all the guy said was "we can take them down". Are you kidding me? The day of!? When we have no other option at that point. A discount for the miscommunication or ANYTHING would have been nice but they were not empathetic or courteous. Robert was unprofessional and rude and unorganized throughout the whole process. They are scammers that want to take advantage of people by overcharging for mediocre products. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. read more

Our wedding was back in October, and we've been meaning to share this - Robert and his team truly brought our vision to life! Robert made our dream floral arch come true. Our wedding was at Danza Del Sol, and they had this rusted archway, which did not fit the aesthetic we wanted. Robert took great care to make sure the beams were covered with flowers and white drapes. The design was absolutely stunning, and the overall floral selection was so tasteful and beautifully curated. We especially loved how the arrangements were thoughtfully repurposed for our couples table - it tied everything together so seamlessly. I had a wedding where this was the floral vendor included with the venue. The sweetheart table floral and table center pieces were what I asked for and in the color scheme that I wanted to I was satisfied. It was easier to request my bouquet from them as well and I deeply regret that. I asked for a loose cascading bouquet with pale pinks and they gave me a super tight pee yellow variety of flowers. I was extremely disappointed. Everytime I see my pictures I hate my bouquet, they didn't even make an effort to add the flowers that I asked for like daisies and delphiniums. They gave me a generic ugly bouquet and charged me 600 dollars for it. One of the worst choices I could have made. Good for the event flowers for table pieces and sweetheart table but nothing else. Their packages were insanely expensive so I ended up doing a DIY for my ceremony and it was about 1/4 of the price and much much much nicer. The flowers for my bouquet were also wilted, limp, dry, moldy and again not what I asked for! They look so out of place. When I first saw the bouquet I couldn't even believe it was supposed to be mine because it was tiny and nothing like what I asked for. And again incredibly expensive for now reason! I was planning on preserving my bouquet but it was so ugly and unlike what I wanted I was actually happy to throw it away. read more

We had floral sensations do our center piece florals and sweethearts table florals as part of our wedding package from our venue, Vellano Estate by wedgewood weddings. We decided to not have them do our floral arch as it was not included and be an additional cost. Our aunt who is a florist did our ceremony floral arch instead. The communication from the initial planning meeting went smoothly and they were nice about making adjustments after sending a mock example of our center piece. We weren't send a mock example of our sweethearts table but we're guaranteed it would be the same as the example from their portfolio. Our wedding colors were burgundy with hints of blush and dreams flowers. Main wedding color was burgundy. I requested our floral centerpieces to only have cream and blush as our tables were having a "beauty and the beast inspired" dome with a red rose. It was communicated that I wanted the red rose to pop on our guests tables. It was clear from both ends that our sweethearts table will be different and include all 3 of our wedding colors (burgundy as the main one) We have a floral arch done by our aunt and not this vendor but the arch included our wedding Colors in order to match the sweetheart florals as well. A week before our December 2022 wedding, we got an email to confirm our invoice. The wedding colors were not listed in the invoice for our sweethearts table. I emailed back and forth to confirm with the owner and it was all set to go. Wedding day comes and our sweethearts table was missing the burgundy flowers...our main wedding color. It may not a be a big deal as it's not about the flowers for a wedding day but it was upsetting since our money that was going towards the florals did not get us what we wanted...despite the clear and transparent communication. I emailed the vendors the day after the wedding to express our concerns and ask what went wrong. They replied with a unapologetic response, no returned explanation and ignored me after sending that email. Please be cautious if you plan to go with this vendor especially if you are not with wedgewood especially if your wedding florals are super important to you. I would hate for brides to be promised a certain vision for their wedding florals and to not receive after spending so much money. I am glad our florist aunt did our ceremony arch (pictured here) as this vendor probably would have forgotten to include burgundy in the arch as well.... read more

Events by FS is the preferred vendor and included in my wedding package with The Retreat, and they are the only vendor that I have issued with on my wedding... I paid to upgrade the design on the ceremony arch with full floral across the top, and they had sent me an email to confirm all the details about 4-5 days before the wedding. However, on my wedding day, they only put 3 floral bundle across the top of the arch instead of full floral... It made us upset and disappointed. Although it still looked nice, it was not what we wanted nor paid for. I still gave them 3 stars as I appreciated they were willing to refund me the differences and settle down my disappointment quickly after I submitted my comment card to my wedding venue. read more

We had Wedgewood weddings do our entire wedding and their all inclusive package included the flower package with floral sensations. We paid more and upgraded so we could not only have our reception flowers but also the ceremony flowers, bride/bridesmaids bouquets, groom/groomsmen boutonnière, parents floral corsage/boutonnière, and flowers on the cake. It was an easy process with covid, we had meetings over the phone and pictures sent via email. My bouquet was a nice large size along with my bridesmaids which I appreciated. I loved the flowers we had but I specifically said I wanted all greenery included to be eucalyptus silver dollar especially my bouquet and none of our bouquets had them. Atleast the eucalyptus was used in the centerpieces and ceremony florals. I also told them I did not want a certain flower in the centerpieces and there it was on the day of. Two of my only requests were sadly ignored. I'd suggest for them to send you an email of what exactly you'll get regarding flowers. Other than that, they were great! Side note they totally forgot to take off the bright orange sticker of a price tag underneath the vases. read more

Floral Sensations was part of our Wedgewood Wedding package. I was a little worried at first because you don't get to choose on the floral if you're getting the all-inclusive package. But after visiting Floral Sensation, I was so impressed by what was included and all their options. In addition, they also give you the option to upgrade on your floral if you're not content with what's included, for an additional cost of course. We stuck with the basic for everything and just upgraded our center pieces for half the number of tables, giving some height in the overall reception look. We also re-purposed the ceremony flowers at the reception and used the floral clusters in the aisle as part of the decoration at tables such as sign-in, desserts, boba, etc. For the included package, we got fresh floral centerpiece and went with the Virginia option and upgraded again, half. We had the 3 piece ceremony arch decor as well as the cluster and tulle aisle decoration. This also included the centerpiece for our sweetheart table which was more unique than the guest table. Our guests were able to take home the vase with the flowers. What the package did not include and we added were: - bouquets for bride + bridal party - corsage for the moms - boutonniere for the groom + groom's party + the dads - floral clusters for the cake The total for these were less than I had anticipated considering quotes I received elsewhere prior to use booking Wedgewood. You also get a mock up of your guest's table and a picture of how the bouquet will look like prior to the day of. It was very exciting to see it in real life! read more

I went with this vendor, as they were a preferred floral vendor with our wedding venue, The Retreat by Wedgewood. They were by far the most reasonably priced vendor I was able to find when I was planning my wedding. They worked with me to get the flowers I wanted in the colors and varieties I wanted. All of our bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and arch arrangements were stunning! I am so trilled with all of the work they put into making the arrangements for our special day. We chose upgrade #3 for the arch, and it really was well worth it because the arrangement really made our ceremony so beautiful the day-of and in all of our photos. The venue also placed the arch bouquets on our sweetheart table and a mantle in the venue after the ceremony ended. They worked with me to incorporate all of the colors of my wedding scheme into all of our arrangements. My husband loved my bouquet so much that he couldn't stop staring at it when we did our first look! The flowers were fresh and delivered on time, so I definitely didn't have to worry about them on my big day. I dealt with Robert and Renee, and they were very responsive and understood exactly what I wanted. Because of lack of communication between people at Floral Sensation all of my person flowers were missing. I had to carry the toss bouquet as my bouquet. My makeup artist and the event coordinator hustled to put together makeshift flowers. All my bridesmaids carried fake plastic flowers from the venue with tags on them. The groom and groomsmen had boutonnières from the flower arrangements from the previous day's wedding. And embarrassingly I had to toss a centerpiece instead of tossing an actual bouquet. I also made it a special point to emphasize that we wanted roses and dahlias on the cake to blend the flowers of our two cultures to match our theme, but there were only roses (pretty, but wrong). To top it off I'm not even getting a full refund because of THEIR lack of communication. read more

I hate all roses! NO ROSES! I paid extra for more flowers which was fine and I asked for sunflowers and any white flowers similar to a field vibe, just NOT roses. The DAY of my wedding they handed me my bouquet. Was it pretty yes.. was it what I paid for NO! I specifically a hundred million times said NO roses! So tell me why they added white roses to everything in my wedding!!!!!!! I was seriously upset because that's the one thing I requested. Sunflowers only. So in conclusion service is good, communication is horrible, and not what I preapproved or paid for. Everyone thought it was gorgeous but I will always remember my wedding as having roses the flower I really just hate. So thank you for not listening and doing whatever you wanted. I would of rather of had daises and sunflowers. Just not roses. Be careful with this company they do not listen or care what you want. Wedgewood weddings didn't care that they messed up my flowers either. A $14,000 wedding with flowers that I didn't approve. At least my Center pieces were correct. Everything else had roses that I did not approve! I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about I'm paying you, and I do not want roses. Then they add roses. My wedding venue connected me with Floral Sensations and I am so happy they did! Robert and his team are absolutely amazing! I really appreciated that he valued our time during our meetings to ensure that he understood our vision for our wedding day. He is a complete professional and its easy to see his passion for this work. We had about 2 or 3 meetings with him prior to the wedding and he made sure to make every meeting special. At our last meeting, he surprised us by creating a magical moment where he showed us a real life example of how our wedding tables would look like, complete with our selected chair style, linen colors, full table settings, and our floral centerpieces. It was beautiful. We planned a Jewish-Indian fusion wedding and he had previously agreed to help drape our fabric for the chuppah structure, for us to stand under during the ceremony. My husband decided he was going to build the chuppah structure to help save money, but had no clue how to do it. Robert helped explain the best approach to building one and offered so many tips and tricks. This was so helpful and appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Robert and his team were the first vendor to arrive and they immediately started setting up. I didn't have to worry about anything.
