She packaged my 5 plates perfectly as well, and they even arrived early. What a happy surprise! I will definitely continue to monitor her shop for more of her amazing pottery!

I followed their instructions and emailed the same day to report the issue, but over a week passed with no response or apology. I had to call the store multiple times over the following weeks just to get any acknowledgement. My original email was never addressed. To make matters worse, when I finally reached someone (the owner, Valerie, I believe), my call was abruptly ended. Overall, this was the poorest customer service experience I've had with a business. I would not recommend ordering here based on my experience.

I could have easily done more "damage", but it was early in our trip and I needed to pace myself.
